It was amazing, every part and supply my husband asked for, Brian took him to within seconds. Don't recall that ever happening so fast before and we shop a lot at Lowe's. Brian was stocking when we interrupted him so you would expect that he would know where parts were stocked but he also had the knowledge of a plumber. He provided exactly what we wanted. Very efficient and friendly. In case there may be more than one Brian, he was a big black man with a one-of-a-kind hair do. As we told him at the time, we thought Lowe's didn't have the parts, we just needed him to show us where they were! Also, Sue was very friendly when we checked out. My husband really likes the Lowe's Veterans parking and discount and "thank you for your service" at checkout.

I received an invoice for Caulfield service call, which was legitimate, but when I went into the store and spoke with Taylor Caulfield describing the action ( or inaction) his service personnel did, compared to the use of an ohm meter completed by the other company, Mr. Caulfield withdrew the request for payment regarding the service call. This was both appropriate and ethical. I will recommend Caulfield services based on this interaction.

The key is an older chipped key that doesn't even require programming or special care. It's a General Motors VATS pass key. Which is a resistor type of chip and is at the top of the key. So I go in with the blank and the template key and the lady says she won't do it and the other guy there ran off saying he won't do them either. She gets upset with me saying I was misinformed when the guy I spoke with the other day said he would cut it with no issue. She then tells me to go to the dealership, told her I'm not going to the dealership and paying them $30 to just cut the key. She got smart with me on my way out. This is not the only business in this god forsaken town that gives their customers attitude and poor service.

I used to work in a retail store(years ago) and if we saw a person walking around the store unable to locate what they needed we were intelligent enough to ask them if they needed help and if they did we proceeded to help them find ALL the things they needed. We were friendly, considerate and polite!!! I have been in your store many times and swear I will never go back but like so many people we put up with it rather than drive to Sebring for one or two items. But perhaps it is worth the drive to be treated well and efficiently. At least the other stores ask if they can help you. It amazes me that you stay in business for your retail people. It's all about the experience, especially for the small stuff. It's so different from a big-box store that it's not even fair to compare them. So, I probably know half a dozen employees by name. I walk in and I find one within thirty seconds. Yikes: most of the time they even know my name. How cool is that! Off we go to solve my problem which usually takes just a couple of minutes. I'm in and out in ten minutes and sometimes even less. Try that a big-box! The one drawback is that they don't have the selection of a big-box. Hence the four stars instead of five.
