He gave no apology for his not keeping his word. When we told him we never had this type of fire ant problem when we were not having the lawn treated by a "professional". He became rude and beligerent, and said " go find someone else and hung up on us. Do not use this service.He gives excuses and when you really need him, he is nowhere to be found.
