Called Brian on Tuesday for a backed up leg of our sewer line. We discussed the issue and Brian…read moregave me a general idea of the cost. Wednesday he and Rich came out, scoped out the line and found a wad of TP stuck in a Y caused by a low flow toilet and 3 weeks away from home allowing it to dry and solidify. Rich got on the roof, fought off the tree frogs in the vent line (who knew), and snaked the line clear through the vent. Sean showed up a bit later and he and Rich screen capped all the vents to keep the frogs at bay. And the price was still what Brian had quoted. Bottom line, flush those toilets a couple of time before you go on trips, oh, and don't forget, after you go also... ;)

We had a major stoppage with our plumbing, since this was the second in a year. We had the septic…read moretank pumped, hoping that we take care of the problem, they were very efficient and came the same day we called, but it did not fix the problem. We had used All Service before and were extremely happy with their work. Brian, the owner, on Sunday night. Bright an early Monday he arrived and was to snake the line. He wanted the water to back up, since it had drained some during the night. He turned on the tub faucet and let it run. It ran and ran, but never backed up. He said it happens sometimes after pumping the tank. He said we needed nothing else. Charged a small service fee, that would be waives if we needed anything in the future. Can't recommend his business any higher. They are total professionals, honest and very personable. I will never use anyone else!!!!

We received nothing short of five-star service: * My inquiry…read morefrom the website was promptly answered * Information was succinctly and accurately provided, including a quote for the entire charge for the service * I was able to make an appointment for later in day * Technicians arrived promptly, preceded by both a text-based ETA and then a phone call * Technicians were friendly, polite, and very considerate, cleaning my driveway and then rolling up the hose for me (waaaay above and beyond any reasonable expectation considering they found the hose in a tangled pile in the grass) * Charge for service was lower than I expected and service was better than I expected! I want to underline two items which were VERY important to me: EVERYTHING, from me submitting inquiries through e-mail and their website, to their subsequent responses and same-day scheduling, was completed online! This is something of which other companies in the Okeechobee area should take note, because some of them have lost my business because they did not answer my online inquiries. Also, the exceptional cost and services for the pump-out service, makes me more likely to call Austin sooner than later (i.e. instead of waiting until I am sure that the tank needs to be pumped again).
