The service person showed my husband where our drain field is, sadly quashing my husband's dreams of a separate garage. I will definitely call them first for future needs.

I wanted to get the tank pumped and figured I would pay for an inspection to make sure everything is OK. So naturally I reach out to the people who installed it. The crew shows up an hour late. The first thing they say is "how bad the system is set up", "why was it done this way", and "I would have never done it this way". (Reassuring considering this is the same company that did install this system.) Instead of opening the exposed and accessible septic cover, they proceed to literally dig up, as in covered in dirt and grass, the abandoned tank and start pumping it. After scratching their heads for some time they figure out that they are pumping the abandoned tank and start taking a look at the active system. Poke around at it for a few minutes and proceed to tell me "I don't really know what's going on here. We pumped the abandoned tank half way and stopped because it can pop out of the ground if we pump all the way out. I'm going to go back to the office and try to get more information and then have someone call you with info. I also am going to try and not fully charge you for the pumping as we didn't pump your active tank." I pay them by check for the full amount assuming this will still be completed. Service was the 5th, I had not heard anything by the 18th so I called and was told "the person that needed to go over the report was on a job and would take a look at it first thing". Next day another call that the person that need to look at it got busy and will look at it by end of week. Weekend comes and goes and still having heard nothing, on the 24th I emailed that I had no confidence in this company and would like a refund. Magically I am emailed a report that says everything is all good. I receive a call where I am told "The owner was actually on vacation since the new year and only just returned to look at the report". So at no point was anyone actually going to be reviewing this report as I was told. I'm also told "Everything was completed correctly during the inspection and everything is fine". They want to send the tech out again to "check the levels again". I let them know I did not wish the person to return due to the conflicting info and "The report is useless to me since I don't trust the information on it. At this point I would prefer a refund because I cannot trust the company." They have stopped responding.

The previous company was unprofessional, which I wrongly assumed was to be expected in this line of work. But Brandon and Kendall of All Pro were helpful, honest, and respectful. We hope THIS drain field will last for decades to come, as opposed to the two-year lifespan of the last one! (True, we had some user error. Homeowners who are using a septic system for the first time need to be educated on proper usage, something that Brandon and Kendall understood. They spent time talking with us, both on the phone and in person, figuring out the most economical way we could move forward. They also helped us troubleshoot a problem that the previous company surely saw but never mentioned: that we had a constant flow into the drain field. We learned through All Pro that a reverse osmosis water filtration system can flood a drain field.) While we hope to not require septic services again anytime soon, we know who to recommend wholeheartedly to others! Be sure to ask about their unique and money-saving TerraLift service. That's what attracted us to their company in the first place.

They pulled the ol' bait and switch, quoting one $price on the phone, but when time to sign they jacked up the price. They damage your sod more than expected compared to others that have worked on site. They are licensed and bonded which attracted me to them. That was another bait and switch, because when i requested there insurance information after watching them damaging my underground landscape wiring system, they flat out refused to provide it and then speaking to the office their son even does a countdown as he hangs the phone up on you. That's when one sees a clear picture of this Mom and Pop company. Untrustworthy, I'd heavily advise to go elsewhere.
