I'm really disappointed with the results of the service I received here. I purchased a groupon for an eyelash lift and it was my first time trying this type of service. I was told that the service takes 45-60 min to complete and that my eyelash lift would last 6-8 weeks. When I arrived, the staff was quick and nice and they led me back to their workroom. My entire treatment lasted 20 minutes - or 30 minutes if you count the time I waited for it to dry. When I left the studio I was pleased with how my eyelashes looked. I followed all of the post-treatment instructions and have been taking extra measures to take care of my eyelashes. My lift only lasted 2 weeks. I'm not sure if I was given a lesser treatment since I was a groupon user or not. To me, why put your business on groupon if you're going to treat the customers differently? It doesn't make any sense. read more

This place may not look like much from the outside, but the ladies inside are very professional. Chanel and Shawndra have been giving me lash lifts for over a year. I came in using a Groupon and have been returning every six weeks ever since. My first several times they were very careful to explain exactly what they were doing So I would feel comfortable. It took a couple of tries to get my lashes the way that I wanted them but they are very patient and helpful. I have short, hard to curl lashes and they are miracle workers! read more

I would need a place that's gonna be anywhere near my face to be reputable. They were amazing. Detailed the process, clean location, great space. I've gone back for another lash lift and finally took the plunge and got microbladed today. Chantel is amazing at her work and really takes pride in delivering the best service. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Thank God they were too unorganized/unprofessional to actually answer multiple calls, texts & emails after collecting a $25 deposit. That's a huge red flag for me, especially when they were going to be inking my face! The girl who booked my appointment made a mistake by giving me two different appointment dates in the email that requires a $25 deposit. I called numerous times, sent emails & text messages. No one has contacted me back to this day! So essentially they stole $25 and provided nothing. read more

I found this place on Groupon. The deal was $30 for a lash lift. I decided to give it a try. I was booked with Chanel. The place was easy to find. It's small but Chanel made me feel welcomed. I was so nervous cause this was my first time getting a lash lift. Chanel talked me through the whole process. Unfortunately, since my lashes are so small it just didn't take well. My lashes had a slight lift but not the curl I wanted. This place has very good customer service skills, Chanel worked with me and we tried it again. This time my lashes did have a curl.
