I hired CCL as a big surprise for my wife and on the day of our wedding the car broke down in our driveway. The axel rod broke and we had to call Uber and go through the embarrassment of having a dirty suburban pick us up outside the church. Jack told me he hadn't gone to his usual guy the past couple times that does his oil changes and overall check ups. An axel rod doesn't go bad with in a couple of oil changes and a modified 1939 Packard limo NEEDS to be checked often. It was apparent this car is not taken care of. The front seat was completely filthy, both doors had long strips of white duct tape covering rust and the drivers side running board was completely rusted. That has been happening for a long time. The pictures on the website are very old. When the car broke down, 15 minutes before she had to be at the church, Jack asked her if there was someone else she could call. Because thats what the bride is thinking about. My friend who drives limos warned me not to use the old ones. I should have checked the car out first in person. Luckily I didn't pay them any money before the wedding

This was easily the most expensive trip we have ever booked, and we did it through Travelex International in Barrington Illinois. An issue came up where one of the travel finders wanted to levy a $500 penalty for a documentation change. When I asked Judy F. our sales person to help the resolve the issue, her response was "I am just the messenger", "I don't make the policies.". For context, I have a unique spelling for my middle name and Judy was completely clueless as to the challenges of having a name that is different from Bob, Dave or Sally. Her response and lack of initiative was so lackluster that it made me wonder if the company is unfriendly towards people who are different or minorities in general. I was taken aback, and still struggle to how understand person can bill themselves as a "Concierge" experience with such poor service and lack of empathy for the customer. Never again. To the owners, I would highly suggest they look beyond their current hiring practices and strive to bring on a more diverse staff that better understand the needs of people form different demographics. I realize there are many Travelex International locations. The one I am referring to is at 2061 N Barrington Road. Perhaps the other Travelex International locations offer better customer service.

We didn't do the high ropes as I thought I booked both but it was fine one active took 2 hrs so that was enough and we got our work out! It was quite warm out!
