CHEAP, CHEAPER, CHEAPEST - WAIST OF YOUR MONEY Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!! I was been recommended this resort but very unprofessional travel agent Irina Birger or Irochka Berch she use both names from Chicago area. She was so sure about quality and service of this resort, do not use her services, she has no any experience just looking for you money and the profits is only counted for her. Apple Vacation is a monster screw up. They are only counting on our money no service what so ever. Intentionally they either cover or not listed all badly issue they have on the resort Ocean Riviera Paradise in Playa del Carmen. When we requested, after arriving, change of the resort, family of 5, they want charge us additionally $6,500.00. They should be should down by government - they ripping off US citizens. Instated of Apple Vacation we should use bookvip.com, we do have very good experience with them. Accommodation: That resort was built in 2016, but probably corrupted building inspectors accepted it without drain air vents, so you will have septic back up small all the time from shower drainage - the is a solution for it, just run the water on the shower continuously - there is not environment friendly but who cares about it? You should have a good fresh air not just to run continuously shower water but the 2nd condition is to not run AC - why? Smalls like mold, the filters and coils have been never cleaned & washed up. Swimming Pools: Not heated water. Nice size and setup but with cold water does not encourages you to pleasure enjoying it. Beach: Sandy, a lot of palapas - very crowded - if you are looking for quiet, privacy spots - won't find over there. Very poor access to sea, the edge of the beach is badly rocky - just 2 small sandy spots to enter the sea. Food: THERE IS NONE. If you would like to call the shit they served food - good luck. I have find hairs in my dishes twice and on the next table people have the same issue. Alcohol beverages: For the base level the alcohol liquors are from underground - too cheap. Even for privilege standards the alcohol is little better - they call premium - but is about two, three levels below premium tier. We have 3 adults and 2 kids, so in room refrigerate we have only 2 cans of beer when I ask for 3rd one, have been told that I must purchase it. WOW - I PAID FOR 3 ADULTS ALREADY. We went outside and bring back own premium alcohol. Employees & Service: There is no professional management on this facility. The resort is into the group of resorts call H10, so there are probably combined managers for the group. The staffs, event they try to smiles and be friendly, they have no knowledge how to proceeds in so many difficult situations. Definitely a very poor management. Every time we ask for any manager on duty this was none. Because of unprofessional, limited skills the managers were hiding before clients. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! read more

l've been using ticketsconfirmed.com as my travel agency for the past 8 years. We've planned well over twenty trips together, all over the world. I feel very fortunate to have found such a competent, intelligent, helpful, and well-traveled travel agent. Steve has been all over the world himself, so his advice is based on personal experience, not just what he has read in guidebooks or found online. He has helped my family and me plan a wide variety of trips of all different styles and costs. His advice, recommendations, and travel arrangements have always been thoughtful, cost-effective, and accurate. Especially for more remote and difficult itineraries, l've felt more confident knowing that Steeve is standing behind me if something might go wrong with my itinerary. He works with a wide variety of excellent ground operators all over the world. He is also very knowledgeable about cruises, and has helped us book the best cruises for our tastes and interests, and has always gotten us the best possible prices. My wife and I have been to 72 countries now, and have had remarkably few travel misadventures. In our opinion, you couldn't do better than to choose Ticketsconfirmed.com and Steve to be your travel agents. read more

We booked a Disney 4 day Vacation for us and our 4 children with Steve this summer for MEA break 10.14-18.2015. Steve was very responsive to all my emails (and I am very detailed) and got us a non stop flight with seats together, an AWESOME suite double room, the park hopper tickets as well as the car rental. Everything was smooth and absolutely the way I wanted it! I run my own business and have NO time to do this my self, so he took all the haste off my plate and got it all done. The hotel was super, the service was really nice, the park hopper pass was exactly what we needed, and the over all experience of working with Steve at Tickets Confirmed was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a worry free vacation planned perfectly and smoothly! read more

We went to a wedding in Mexico which had Tickets Confirmed handle the logistics. The entire process went very smooth and our agent took the time to discuss the different room options, and explained the intricacies of the resort. The arrangements were flawless, and we were very impressed. Since then, we had Tickets Confirmed recommend and book arrangements for two of our last vacations, and the service remained impeccable, price very competitive, and each of the destinations were amazing. Since then, we've recommended them to family and close friends, and had nothing but positive feedback from everyone. Great Travel Service. Tickets Confirmed provides the best personal service related to international destinations. I spent many hours looking online and decided to seek the help of an expert. I wanted to tour Italy with my wife by car and rail. Figuring out logistics and what I should focus on online was a daunting task. Too much information and too many opinions. My friend recommended Steve @tickets confirmed and I was grateful for the results. We were so happy with the results, I recommended him to a friend and he is currently working on a destination wedding for them. Thanks Steve. read more

Excellent choices of packages to many desirable destinations. "Tickets Confirmed" guys are easy to work with, and it's definitely nice to be notified when the discounts, last minute deals and other great promotions come out. That's something that is not attainable for an average consumer who is not looking for all sorts of vacation combinations every day. Few years ago my girlfriends and I were looking for Las Vegas packages - Steve was very patient with us. :) read more
