CHEAP, CHEAPER, CHEAPEST - WAIST OF YOUR MONEY Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!! I was been recommended this resort but very unprofessional travel agent Irina Birger or Irochka Berch she use both names from Chicago area. She was so sure about quality and service of this resort, do not use her services, she has no any experience just looking for you money and the profits is only counted for her. Apple Vacation is a monster screw up. They are only counting on our money no service what so ever. Intentionally they either cover or not listed all badly issue they have on the resort Ocean Riviera Paradise in Playa del Carmen. When we requested, after arriving, change of the resort, family of 5, they want charge us additionally $6,500.00. They should be should down by government - they ripping off US citizens. Instated of Apple Vacation we should use bookvip.com, we do have very good experience with them. Accommodation: That resort was built in 2016, but probably corrupted building inspectors accepted it without drain air vents, so you will have septic back up small all the time from shower drainage - the is a solution for it, just run the water on the shower continuously - there is not environment friendly but who cares about it? You should have a good fresh air not just to run continuously shower water but the 2nd condition is to not run AC - why? Smalls like mold, the filters and coils have been never cleaned & washed up. Swimming Pools: Not heated water. Nice size and setup but with cold water does not encourages you to pleasure enjoying it. Beach: Sandy, a lot of palapas - very crowded - if you are looking for quiet, privacy spots - won't find over there. Very poor access to sea, the edge of the beach is badly rocky - just 2 small sandy spots to enter the sea. Food: THERE IS NONE. If you would like to call the shit they served food - good luck. I have find hairs in my dishes twice and on the next table people have the same issue. Alcohol beverages: For the base level the alcohol liquors are from underground - too cheap. Even for privilege standards the alcohol is little better - they call premium - but is about two, three levels below premium tier. We have 3 adults and 2 kids, so in room refrigerate we have only 2 cans of beer when I ask for 3rd one, have been told that I must purchase it. WOW - I PAID FOR 3 ADULTS ALREADY. We went outside and bring back own premium alcohol. Employees & Service: There is no professional management on this facility. The resort is into the group of resorts call H10, so there are probably combined managers for the group. The staffs, event they try to smiles and be friendly, they have no knowledge how to proceeds in so many difficult situations. Definitely a very poor management. Every time we ask for any manager on duty this was none. Because of unprofessional, limited skills the managers were hiding before clients. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! read more

We booked a Disney 4 day Vacation for us and our 4 children with Steve this summer for MEA break 10.14-18.2015. Steve was very responsive to all my emails (and I am very detailed) and got us a non stop flight with seats together, an AWESOME suite double room, the park hopper tickets as well as the car rental. Everything was smooth and absolutely the way I wanted it! I run my own business and have NO time to do this my self, so he took all the haste off my plate and got it all done.
