The original hall canceled on her and there was fear that the church would not allow the ceremony. After finding a new hall and getting the green light from the church, you would think the last thing she would have to worry about was having herself and her bridal party stranded at the church! Everything turned into chaos when we were told we needed to wrap it up because the bus had another party to cater to. She was taken away from getting pictures taken at the church to go and handle this mess. She had a contract and they want to alter it after the fact? Who does business like that? Keep looking. We…read morebought the package that included exterior decor, champagne, beer and water. We only got the champagne. The DVD player also did not work, so we were unable to play the music video playlist a friend made for us. Additionally, the driver got lost trying to pick us up in the Loop when we got done taking pictures, causing us to arrive to our reception late. I get it. Stuff happens. As a company, when you get an upset customer, you apologize and try to make the situation right. My husband complained about the service; they were unapologetic, and the only consolation they offered was not charging us overtime for arriving to our reception a half hour after planned. (Yes, if you read the previous paragraph, you'll realize the reason why we were late was because their driver.) After our honeymoon, my husband and I began writing reviews for our wedding vendors. He gave them a poor rating on WeddingWire and Yelp. Shortly after, they called him, asking him to take down the review, saying they would charge us the $250 in overtime. He did not take it down, and later that day saw the $250 charge on the card. I work in public relations/marketing, and I have NEVER seen a more unethical social media strategy. Blackmailing your unhappy customers to pipe down is a new low. Thus, I feel a responsibility to share this story wherever I can to warn other couples. I don't doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews. I'm suggesting there might be more to W-Limo's story that they don't want you to hear.

Come the day of the wedding the drivers tell us while we are trying to take pictures at the church they were leaving. We called the office and they threatened to charge more to which we specifically told them we do not agree to. The bus took us to the second destination and banquet hall but now this company is charging us an extra 1104 we never agreed to. Not only did they cause stress to my pregnant sister on the day of her wedding but now they want to commit fraud by sending us an "updated" contract to terms we didn't agree to. Just a reminder misrepresenting terms not agreed upon is called fraud and we can easily prove it with the contract that was sent to us. Do not use this company as they are willing to change terms during your special event and are willing to commit fraud when being told that a charge will be disputed that was not agreed to. Attached is the itinerary we sent the company with the times we needed

I came to Great Lakes for my husbands boot camp graduation and I was completely at a loss for figuring out how to get around. I'm under 21 so renting a car was not an option for me but he made getting around so simple! He's ALWAYS on time and has the best communication skills (seriously he navigated me through the airport flawlessly). He's incredibly fair with his rates and if you're not sold yet, he goes so far above and beyond. I missed my flight back to California because of some ridiculous baggage issue, leaving me stressed out worried about lodging and he called around and found me a hotel for the night!! I couldn't believe it. He took into consideration where I'd want to be for the day and guided me to my best possible option. IWell, being under 21 they wouldn't allow me to book the room so he actually let me book the hotel in his name. I damn near wanted to cry on the spot because this was the most amazing customer service I had ever received from ANYONE. I'm so grateful that Sarge sent him my way when I called. Dave is so much more than a taxi driver. He's an undercover superhero! :)

He helped everyone on and off the bus, held doors open (even in the pouring rain) handled everyone's luggage, even holding our carry ons so they wouldn't get wet on the pavement. We had music and movies playing and Jimmy even tolerated our singing! There is something I would request from the company ...for long trips such as ours, you need to have cup holders and trays installed!! Plus your seats are not meant for long distance trips. They were pretty uncomfortable. My 5 stars that I gave your company goes to our driver Jimmy!

I was in a wedding on September 26th, 2025. I did not personally pay for this limo service, but I…read morestill want to share my experience because it was unfortunately very disappointing. The good: The driver operated the vehicle relatively safely from what I could observe from the back, and we did arrive at our destination without incident. The bad: I sat in the front of the limo (closest to the driver, facing backward). During the ride, I didn't feel any wetness on the floor, but when I got out at the wedding destination, the bottom of my dress was soaking wet with a brown/green liquid. I immediately asked the driver to look into the issue. I pointed out the floor vent under my seat and politely asked him to check what the liquid might be so I could quickly research how to remove the stain before the wedding started in two hours. He said "okay," so I waited on the side of the parking lot for him to turn the limo around and investigate. Instead, he simply drove away. The photos I've attached show him leaving without any apology, assistance, or even an attempt to see what caused the issue. I was polite and calm the entire time, even joking, "Hey, if you can just help me figure out what it is so I can save the day and get the stain out before the wedding, that would be awesome!" I made it clear that I understood accidents happen and that maybe he didn't know there was liquid there--but still, no effort was made to help. There may have been a language barrier, and I'm very compassionate about that. I actually teach English Language Learners, so I know communication is always possible if both sides are willing--but in this case, the driver chose not to help at all. Honestly, he's lucky the bride didn't sit where I did, because if her wedding dress had been ruined, it would've been a much bigger issue. Other notes: The partition was either broken or the driver simply refused to raise it. The advertised sound system was just a small boom box you could plug a phone into, and it only played music in one area of the limo. It felt pretty cheap and not what you'd expect from a professional limo service. Take a look at the limo itself in the photos, looks like it has been side swiped recently. This didn't happen when I was in the vehicle but it certainly says something about this company and the quality of Limo you'll be getting if you choose their abysmal service. Overall, this experience left a really bad impression. A simple apology or a few minutes of help would've made a huge difference, but instead, I left with a ruined dress and zero accountability from the driver or company.
