My bouquet was small, only 4 large flowers with some baby breath and greenery. I was told by the owner that the flowers would be easy to work with and that she would make sure that the design was nice. At first I was thrilled with my flowers but the more I think about it, the more unhappy I get. First, communication was awful. Weeks went by without hearing from the owner. I knew that it took time to freeze dry the flowers but I didn't expect it to take 4 months. At that point, I just wanted to pick up my flowers. My daughter's arrangement is nice and we're happy with it. My bouquet is spread out and does not look as professional as the many other displays I see from this shop. I think the part that bothers me to most is that I paid almost $820 for the displays and cheap frame. This makes me sad because I am a very sentimental person and my bouquet was hand made by my best friend the morning of my wedding. I've waited to post a review because I didn't know if I was being unreasonable but after seeing many other displays that look like more time and care were put into them, I feel like something needed to be said.

Unfortunately, I had my bridesmaids and mother show up to a fitting appt, where she told me (after I drove 2 hours from Flagstaff) that she hadn't started the dress! She procrastinated for 3.5 months, while I (a bride) stirred waiting to hear back. I finally had to cancel the project with her due to the amount of stress this was causing. Very unprofessional when it came to setting appointments (returning Instagram or phone text msg) and didn't keep our project on time. SO GLAD that it is over for me and RemiRose. I don't wish that on any bride during the most important dress (up) in her life. She returned the down payment and the fabric; we no longer have any strings attached. If you're buying the dress off the rack I recommend having a contract on when the dress alterations will be done. They have nice gowns, but this experience wasn't my cup of tea.
