I went in hoping for a little creative spark and instead just kind of wandered around like... is this it? That said, credit where it's due. they came THROUGH with terracotta pots. Small, basic selection, the cheapest I've found around, which saved the entire trip. So yeah, not exciting, but weirdly reliable if you're going for 10" or less terra cotta pots.

I ordered nine sheets of glass online. The glass was well packed, protected, and there was no…read morerattling or sign that the box was damaged in transit. However, of the nine sheets of glass that I received, five were defective upon receipt: one was completely unusable due to extensive machine tracks on both sides that ran too deep and could not be cut around, two had long stress cracks that went through to both sides, and two more were significantly scratched and marred from grinder slips and other tooling and/or handling errors. I reached out to customer service several times with a written description of the defects, included pictures, and received absolutely no acceptable resolution: sending me a shipping label, replacing the glass, crediting my account, etc. would all have been okay. Returning the glass at my cost was offered, however this was not acceptable since it was their error to begin with. Additionally, the customer service representative misrepresented what I said in writing and was rude in subsequent e-mails. I asked to speak with his manager or the owner and was flat-out denied this request. I was a satisfied existing customer until this time. However, this experience was so negative and costly that I will definitely make all online purchases elsewhere.

While they are local and not too far from me, I'd have them shipped my orders to me with free shipping $100+, and they also give away or make it easy to acquire generous promo coupons. Artist Julie Nutting has released a lot of signature doll poses per line that she releases per year, that I've come to like and be able to use- which makes the free shipping offer and coupon offer a good deal. I'd pre-order and pay the discount bundle rate. They have a spreadsheet system that keeps the pre-order / in-stock orders all organized to be sure to ship everything in a timely manner without messing up the orders. They ship in a box as per customer request and enclose a printed receipt for pre-order and in-stock shipments, to show that they and the customers are in-tune with the orders going out and coming in. All of my orders so far have arrived undamaged in every way. In my last order, I noticed that I didn't have the (in-stock) stamp that go with the die I purchased that I thought I had, so when I quickly e-mailed them to request to merge the pre-order and in-stock orders to include the stamp instead of placing a new order, they told me they could do that. I let them know that I was willing to wait for the in-stock stamp to arrive at the same time as pre-order at a later date, if I wanted to include the revised order w/in the free shipping and not pay extra to ship the stamp (which I would've gotten much sooner). So, I am appreciative that they and I were in cohesion, since I'd read some businesses don't merge and ironically often tell customers who left out something to place another order and pay extra. At the end of each order, they offer Reward points based on your totals. They also hold an annual Warehouse Sale at their physical warehouse. Note: They are not a store to browse/shop in but rather, a "warehouse" where customers show up during the open hours to pick up their orders. And, they also have pickups at their Scottsdale meetups. So, if your orders are large, free shipping is feasible, right? She carries "all things Frida Kahlo-inspired" obviously - from artwork to masks to Christmas ornaments to throw pillows Y MAS. She also shares the space with famed local artist/muralist Lalo Cota, one of my absolute favorite. So this place is packed with fun, colorful, one-of-a-kind pieces. This is also a community space: they hold events like next week's heart event, making heart art & talking about heart health. Plus, if you are familiar with famed Phoenix muralist, Lalo Cota, you will see a lot of his amazing work there as well. He shares this space and holds Tequila Tacos y Arte night there with Petra where you can come in and paint one of his famous prints. We came for this paint night event and we had such a great time.
