I have struggled with finding a doctor that could get my eye prescription correct. I have struggled with this for 4-5 years now. Every doctor would test my eyes, everything would be fine during the test but when I get my glasses everything would be distorted and feel weird to my brain. I would have to bring my glasses back and the doctors couldn't figure out why this was happening. The doctor at SVS examined my eyes for about 30-45 mins (the longest and best exam I've ever had). She was very thorough. When I got my glasses everything was crystal clear and looking through my glasses felt very natural to my brain. I'm soo excited about this. I know it's a very simple thing to be excited about but I've been stuck with bad prescriptions for the last 5 years so I'm happy to see clearly again. The staff was also excellent. They helped me pick out a nice pair of glasses that fits my face and upon arrival they did all the final adjustments. I couldn't be happier. I will return every year for my eye exam. read more

I would like to thank everyone at the location for being so welcoming. Last Thursday I stopped by to schedule an appointment for my father. Ms. Darcy was helpful and efficient. She was able to get me scheduled within a week. When I arrived yesterday I was greeted with smiles. We were taking back immediately to begin his examination and I was early. But, Dr. Christina Salehzadeh, OD is a GOD send. She made us feel like family. Her patience and professionalism with my father meant the world to me. Amazing customer service beginning to end. They always care and have kept up with my husband for about 2 years even though he hasn't been able to go back yet due to surgery. Yesterday was my first visit for myself and if I could I would give them 10 stars . They have a great selection of frames, their staff is very educated, the doctor is so down to earth and does not let the title DR. get to her head. The staff at SVS Vision - Hwy 138 Stockbridge are definitely as good as it gets. The customer service is more than what I expected and everything I could ask for. The optometrist was so patient and kind and more than helpful with my exam and answered all of my questions. Both ladies at the front desk were helpful and attentive and I'm so grateful for their assistance during my visit. I went into the Stockbridge location and the ladies there are very nice, welcoming and helpful! Chanelle helped me pick out glasses and gave me her expert advise and I am in love with my new frames!!! They have a pretty nice selection as well. My 17 year old son suggested we go here to get his glasses repaired one Saturday when his regular vision center was closed. The staff was so friendly and helpful, he got his glasses repaired at no charge. We subsequently requested his prescription and ordered another pair of glasses for school and he is very happy with his new specs! I came to SVS needing an emergency prescription due to my glasses breaking. They had no openings but promised to contact me if there was a cancellation. As promised, they did, and I was able to get an appointment on a Friday morning soon after theyd opened. The staff is kind and accommodating to all who entered the door - from the optometrist working that day to the office personnel. The whole staff is friendly! When you walk thru the door they're greeting you by your name, I felt like I was walking into my family's house or something. There was such a warm & loving atmosphere. I needed to be seen because I was seeing something on the side of my eye. SVS worked me in and happily it was not anything serious. They are always friendly, help you pick out glasses and make sure you are happy with everything. I went to another eye glass place several years ago and they made me feel like I was bothering. They explain everything to you in detail regarding insurance billing, coverage, etc. They give honest recommendations and opinions on the frames you select to purchase as well. I've now been to SVS several times within the past 30 days to pick up my glasses, get an adjustment on my glasses, and I even ordered a second pair!
