    Suzy Siu's Báos sign.

I came here for a small snack after getting free parking on the street in the nearby neighborhood. Suzy Siu's Baos is in a food stall in Krog Street Market. The employee at the front counter was quick, efficient, and helpful. The menu is simple, and customers get a discount whenever they buy in "SETS." For instance, a bao currently costs $4.75. However, if a customer buys 3 baos, the price is $13. There are other discounted SETS on the menu, which includes ramen, baos, rice bowls, specials and sides. I was only interested in the baos, and there were three different types that I was considering: Pork Belly, Korean BBQ and Carnitas. I finally ordered the carnitas bao at the register, and sat down at one of the four stools at the counter. I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes before my bao was served directly to me. The soft white fluffy bun was perfectly made - slightly sweet in flavor and spongy in texture. It was stuffed with hot and flavorful shredded carnitas (pork) meat. Even as a snack, one isn't enough. I guess next time I'll have to order baos as a set, so I can also try the pork belly and the Korean bbq beef. When I was eating my bao while sitting at the counter, and it didn't take long to eat my bao, three groups of customers came by to place their take out orders, so it seems that this food stall has steady business. I'm definitely coming back to try more items on the menu!

Liked " Liked " Liked " Liked " Liked " Pork Bely Bao was extremely flavorful and so delicious Togashiri Tots (I probably spelled that wrong)- this was sooooooo tasty! The tots were fresh and crispy and the flavor was so good! The seasoning on top was great. It really made the tater tots taste high level. Disliked / Disliked / Disliked / Disliked / Disliked / Disliked / Spicy Wontons were crazy spicy. It really made me question.. what is this for? I had two friends with even higher spice tolerance taste them and both struggled to not spit it out. Next time I will see if I can get the sauce on the side because I think the actual wonton was probably really good but my mouth was so on fire that I could barely tell. I mean I get it's silly to complain in about something being spicy when spicy is literally in the title... but I expected at least palatable ijs.

Suzy Siu's Baos in Krog Street Market had delicious buns (not baos like the name or picture suggest). The Korean BBQ Beef buns were so flavorful. 4 stars though because the service was terrible. The "food runner" was rude and didn't apologize for their slow service, even though a 10-min wait time was promised. One of our two orders came out right away so just wouldn't own up. I would be back but hopefully wouldn't have to interact with the dark-haired girl. I forgot to get a picture of the "baos".

This spot sticks out among all the other restaurants in the Market. Tater tots are great with their sauce and the bao buns melted in your mouth. Staff was new and a little slow but mostly because they were super busy.

Got some bao here last week. We got the fried chicken, pork belly and Korean bbq beef. They are pretty good!

Service was fast and customer service was good. Lobster baos was just ok. The flavor could have left more of an impression with more seasoning and butter. It was kinda blah but it's edible and plenty of lobster meat

Baos were edible but not tasty. Tried the chicken, bulgogi, and pork belly. The chicken rice bowl had 3 small quarter sized pieces for $14. I was shocked. There is absolutely no love or aspiration to make your customer happy. I mean if the portion was small the taste should be phenomenal but was so terrible. Quality control? Please try the other chicken places and check your competitors

This was a great addition to Krog Street Market. Don't be surprised that just the three bao's alone will be more than filling. These were some descent bao's but nothing to go out of the way for. Certainly a good option if you're at Krog Street Market and trying to consider what to eat.

Suzy Siu's Baos is located inside the food hall, Krog Street Market. I don't know how the parking situation is normally because we aren't from Atlanta, but the parking lot was small and it was difficult to find any free parking. It didn't look like there any available street parking either, so we ended up doing valet for $5. I got the two baos and a side set.I ordered the pork carnitas bao, korean bbq beef bao, and the mapo tofu fries. I found the baos and fries to be quite lacking and everything was really salty in flavor. The saltiness overpowered everything else that was in the bao. On top of that, the portions were quite small for the price that you pay for. If I had gotten this for lunch instead of a snack, this wouldn't have filled me up. With the mapo tofu fries, I just wish there was more. It was lacking in taste because I feel like there wasn't enough on top of the fries. Overall, quite disappointing.

Delish bao's. The soft and chewy outside with the crunchy seasoned filling had me want more. The service was good too! Will be back for more. There's vegan/vegetarian options. Krog Market is a great place to get together with friends. Really enjoyed the day.

It's a bao time I tried Suzy Siu's Baos after hearing about them for years! My friend and I did a mini food tour of Krog Market and made a stop at Suzy Siu's. I ordered two of the fried tofu and mushroom baos, which I believe is one of their newer items. They were $4.50 a piece. Although they were very tasty, I found the portions to be on the smaller side. They were appetizer portions. Perfect if you're just sampling different items. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did warn me ahead of time that two baos wouldn't fill me up. They also gave me an accurate wait time. I would def eat here again!

The service was friendly and nice. Reasonably priced. Liked that they had options for vegans. Broth was delicious for the ramen but the noodles were extremely hard. Also the baos were quite bland.

Service was fast, but the taste of the ramen wasn't that great. It nearly tasted like an instant ramen packet. Nothing worth returning to. :(

Paying for location. Food is mediocre. Rice bowl was 90% rice and 10% toppings. Server was filing nails at register.

The service was impeccable and I never had to wait for a refill or for the next part of my meal. We tried quite a bit, but have even more to try. We also tried a few of the cocktails and I must say they each were delicious in a different way. Bonus points because they show the pictures of the cocktail and main Liqour used which was a nice touch. I hadn't been back in almost two years and unfortunately, this visit just didn't hit the same for me. I ordered the same spicy Tonkotsu ramen I had before, but it tasted completely different this time. I remember the noodles being very fresh and the broth having a much richer flavor. This visit honestly reminded me a little of Jinya's ramen, which personally isn't my favorite style. The broth almost tasted creamy, like milk had been added. Maybe not, but it just didn't taste as fresh to me with a deep flavor as before. Someone also recommended the Okiboru buns, and I wasn't too impressed with those either. I originally wanted the braised ribs, but TikTok hype convinced me otherwise, so that part is on me. Looking back, I think the ribs or even the panko shrimp probably would've been the better choice. The shrimp is my normal app so I take fault for the switch up. Overall, I'd still say give it a try for yourself because everyone's taste is different. There are a lot of ramen spots around Atlanta now, though, and this visit just didn't leave me as impressed as my previous ones did. Just being honest.

We walked into a modern, energetic space that feels approachable whether you are stopping in for a casual lunch or settling in for dinner. The atmosphere is polished without being overly formal, with a layout that works well for both quick meals and longer visits. The energy in the room stays lively, but the service keeps things moving smoothly enough that you never feel rushed. The signature ramen and Dark Knight ramen are among the restaurant's most talked-about dishes, both built around rich broths and deeply savory flavors. We tried the signature bowl and found the broth well balanced, with a depth that comes from proper technique and quality ingredients. The Dark Knight brought a more intense profile, with layers of flavor that built with each spoonful. The lobster ramen and wagyu ramen add a more indulgent twist, while the Dirty Vegan ramen has developed a following of its own thanks to its creamy broth and unique spinach noodles. The variety across the menu means you can explore different styles across multiple visits without feeling like you are repeating the same order. Part of what makes E Ramen stand out is its ability to cater to different preferences without making anyone feel like an afterthought. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free diners will find several options designed specifically for them rather than simple menu modifications. The service tends to match the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere, with staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and willing to guide you through the different options without being pushy. The pacing of the meal was comfortable, and the team checked in at the right moments to make sure everything was to our liking. Rather than relying on a single signature dish, E Ramen succeeds because of its range. Whether you are craving a classic bowl, a richer specialty ramen, or one of the restaurant's well executed vegan options, it offers enough variety to keep both first time visitors and regulars coming back to explore more of the menu. The quality holds up across the board, making it a destination that delivers on its reputation without feeling like it is trying too hard to impress.

It was so good that we didn't want to leave any behind so we actually took the leftover broth with us for the 5-hour drive home (thankfully we had a cooler bag!). First, when you walk into the restaurant, it is very cute, has a bar for solo diners and booths incase you are in a group. The location is very cozy and the employees were great! Our server was very patient and had no problem explaining, re-explaining, and confirming with the chef if he wasn't 100% on an answer. I got a tofu rice bowl, which I typically don't get and it was delicious! I asked if the salad could be put on the side rather than in the bowl and was given a full side salad that I wound up mixing into my rice lol. I also added broccoli to the bowl, which I probably wouldn't do again because it was pretty bland, but overall the bowl was good. Now the vegan dumplings... were FANTASTIC! We shared the dumplings and everyone agreed that they were easily the best thing that we had eaten the whole day. The green color threw me off at first, but the crispiness and texture of the dumpling was amazing. I would love to go back and try the ramen to see how it measures up, but again, great experience. Also, when you are paying the check, they bring you a small bucket full of dum dum lollipops, which I thought was a great touch. Me and my adult guests all left like happy children, which is exactly how eating out should make you feel.
