I could tell this is an intimate studio and people know each other, there's good vibes, which I always love. The hot yoga is a bit too hot for me, and they use the same routine every time, which a lot of people love! I personally enjoy more variation, but the poses give you a well rounded experience and you feel nice and balanced! I joined for a trail month, and plan on continuing the three months I'll be here for work. I also have only tried hot classes, I look forward to trying the other classes! One suggestion I would make. I didn't really care to see the bathrooms while I was practicing. It's probably just me, so I sat a different place the next time. Was thinking maybe some curtains in front of them would be nice!

She clearly has a deep understanding of the discipline and is an excellent motivator. The session was perfectly tailored to my goals -- strenuous and focused on core strength and mobility. The location can be a bit confusing to find if you are unfamiliar with the area, as its located in the back of the Tannery Row building (but the GPS brings you to the front). Thankfully, when texting with the studio regarding my appointment, they informed me that they are located in the back and this made things easier. I signed up for the introductory Private Pilates Package which allows me 5 Private Pilates sessions for $200. I have never taken a Pilates class in my life, so I was a bit nervous and intimidated. My instructor, Josee, was very warm, welcoming and explained everything we were doing in detail. The studio itself is really nice as well. It is spacious, open and has several different rooms for the various classes. They offer Yoga (aerial, prenatal, etc), Kettlebell, Pilates and more. I love the ease of being able to book classes online or through the app. I'm excited for my next class!

I suffer from an autoimmune disease and deal with chronic inflammation. While I take meds and have regular appointments with a rheumatologist, yoga is the only thing that truly makes me feel better, so I was desperate to find a new home studio. Once everything started opening up, I tried various other studios, but none of them felt right. They all seemed focused on what I call "trendy yoga" . But then I found Breathe. I started following them on Instagram to get a feeling about their practice. Finally I took the plunge and signed up for the new student package. After 3 weeks, I became a full member. The Breathe staff passionately believes that we are students of our bodies, and that mantra shines through in every class. I feel like I've found my practice again.... And that feeling is terrific.

It's the first studio I've ever visited where the instructors make an effort to remember your name the very first time you show up to one of their classes. I have a daughter who is a little over weight, reason we are here, and hates stuff like this; however, she loves this place. They both do!! People here are friendly, fun and serious about their journey. They are great with teaching the kids proper form which was my main concern! And keeping it engaging. Secretly I'm kinda watching the adults too! Their program with their fun coach seems pretty solid also. Love this place. As long as the hours and days work with ours, we will be here for a very long time. Parking is right outside and plentiful! We pay one price which allows us to come 3 times a week!

A gym member pointed at us and told the coach we may need help then she finally turned back around to address us. The vibe was very stuck up and not welcoming. We decided to try the free workout since we were already there. But to top off the bad experiences, the coach (don't remember her name but she was an older woman with short dark hair) was all over my husband l. Kept following him to speak to make convo and giving him extra attention. Pretty shameless and unprofessional. We both felt extremely uncomfortable. I have experienced several reiki practitioners before Tulsi, and none of them spent as much time with me outside the actual reiki session. After being unhappy with failed attempts at traditional therapists, I decided this past January to reach out to Tulsi for her life coaching services. I wanted someone that I felt like spoke "my language," and I have found that with Tulsi. She understands the mind, body, spirit connection. So far, I have had 7 sessions with her that have been specifically designed for my needs. These sessions have included meditation, hypnotherapy, coaching, and reiki. Again, the thing that stands out to me the most about Tulsi is the amount of time she spends with me during each session. She also follows up each session with an email detailing the things we discussed and how I can further my healing on my own time. Tulsi thinks about all of the small things. She gives me the tools I need to continue my therapy at home. I have spent many years trying to gain emotional and mental stability through traditional therapy and prescription drugs. I have found that I feel a hundred times better using more holistic methods. Tulsi's spirit is warm and inviting and is is obvious that her work is her soul's passion. She puts in so much positive energy into every small detail. I have to admit, stepping in Jai Shanti tonight for the first time, I was a bit apprehensive. Since…read morethis was my first time ever stepping foot in a yoga studio, or even practicing yoga, I didn't know exactly what to expect, all I knew was that I didn't want to make a fool out of myself. I really wanted a supplement to my work out, and to learn how to manage stress, so I decided to swallow my pride. As the practice went on, the instructor (also the owner), Bill, was very soothing, and very nice in showing everyone poses during the 90 minute session. Yes, I know 90 minutes sounds a lot, but as the minutes past by, the more and more I wanted to stay! The studio was nice sized, and a bit warm in temperature, but it all complemented along with the stretches and strength poses. For your first session, you receive the next session free, which is awesome! I definitely liked the way in which money was collected. I did notice they offer mat rentals for $10.00 and offer other yoga classes, and Thai massage. I'm definitely hooked, and looking forward to another practice with Bill!

I took my first Yoga Workout class of the New Year with Tra (who used to do the morning yoga classes and I'd taken that class with her once) and she kicked my ass! It was an amazing class, and her sense of humor kept things lighthearted and her thoughts and soothing voice calmed me and kept me centered. I'm sore, but limber, strong-feeling, energized, and focused this morning - just how a good yoga session should make you feel! Plus! They have plans to start taking credit and debit cards soon! My beloved studio is not only still here, but it's going to keep getting better!
