First of all they're customer Service sucks bought tires from here more than four times if you call, they'll tell you, they got a warehouse and they have to ship tires and they expecting their deposit when this is never occurred to me before they rushed to get you off the phone, they don't want to do their jobs. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person that had a bike. Save your money. Don't go here. F*** this place i have 4 vehicles and I'm not taking none of them there. I've been a customer at Suwanee Service Station for the past four years and had generally trusted their service,until my most recent visit. I went in for the final oil change included in a prepaid deal I had purchased. During the visit, the manager, Sean, told me my car needed four new tires and a rear brake job, quoting me around $2,300. I explained that I needed time to review my budget and schedule before committing to such a large expense. At that point, the interaction became uncomfortable. Sean questioned my response and said he didn't believe me, claiming that brake work had been recommended before. He then began lowering the offer on the spot, first suggesting rotors and pads for $540, then just pads for $420, despite my clearly stating I wasn't ready to proceed. The entire exchange felt very pushy and sales-driven rather than focused on customer care. When I finally said I wouldn't be returning, Sean responded rudely, saying it was "better for both of us" and implying I was only there for the oil change deal and not supporting the business. I left feeling uncomfortable and unsure about the quality of the service I had just received. In fact, I ended up taking my car elsewhere to have the oil changed again because I no longer trusted the work. This was a very disappointing experience after years of being a customer. I recently had two cars worked on at this facility. Both cars left in worse shape than they arrived in and had to be fixed through a different company. I would also suggest if you have the oil change, tire rotation promotional package that you confirm they rotate the tires when they do your oil change. With my experience they did not rotate the tires. This is unfortunate because I will have to forgo my remaining oil changes that I pre bought due to poor service at the station. Furthermore, the owner Donald Brooks, is unresponsive to any concerns you may have. I tried reaching out to him several times and was unsuccessful. Before making this post I waited several weeks for Donald to respond and he still has not. Suwanee service station has the potential to be a great shop but at this time and until new management I would not recommend using them to service your car. read more

Then they give me a list of 10 maintenance issues I'm critical need no e having todo with electrical except a blown fuse. So basically 179 labor to change a blown fuse. I had a problem with my car starting up, and they told me they could put a new starter and spark plugs in the car, that all parts were in stock. As soon as they were done, my car wouldn't crank. It took 3 times for my car to eventually crank. They reordered the part, but over 2 weeks later, and they still don't have the part in, even though it's in stock in multiple places. They've even called me to come in and couldn't find the part after I paid for a Lyft. Very inconvenient and disappointing service, with no sense of urgency or concern for being able to get what I already paid for. read more

if you're female and even considering going here, please read this. I walked in looking to get an inspection because my car notified me that it was due. So I walk in and they greet me very nicely--almost too nicely. I tell them what I need and they start asking me questions that I obviously don't know the answers to. I felt like in this moment they immediately placed me in a box where I felt helpless and humiliated. After deciding that I wanted to go through with the full inspection and denying any up charges (although they tried very hard), they then had the audacity to tell me it was going to cost $90, but that they would offer it to me free of charge since it was my first time. After placing me in that box, I think they forgot that I have two eyes that can read because I looked up at the prices and it said it had the inspection going for $80. Again they would do my inspection for free and then give me a discount on any work that needs to be done. So they were premeditating that I was going to need work done without even taking a peek at my car. mind you I take good care of my car even though I'm not versed well in the car world. I agree and then step outside to call my mother because I felt uncomfortable. A few minutes later, I walked back in to a few of the workers hysterically laughing, and then it went dead silent when I walked in, and they put their heads down. Soon after I saw a small older Asian lady come in to get her car assessed, and I saw the manager hold this piece of paper in front of her, showing all of the options. Poor woman doesn't even know what she needs and here's this guy trying to upsell her. I wish they had a more diverse team maybe some women on the team would help so they didn't feel like they have to make fun of us to make themselves feel better. oh and i can't forget the best part, they told me i needed two new tires after i just got a whole new set less than a year ago. had my bf check them and they are perfectly fine. scammers !!!!!! read more

People here are not honest! They would turn a simple job into a big job and make you pay big bucks for it! They would tell you to fix something that did not need to be fix and charge you for it! The worst thing is after finished the main problem still there! When talked to shop about it and the technician being hella aggressive. I scare to bring the car back even Sean (GM) told me i will get a free inspection! $3000 and time wasted! I will never go back or recommend this shop to anybody. This place tried to upsell me when I went to get an oil change. I politely refused. A week later my check engine light came on and car started running bad. Coincidence? I took it to another shop suspicious and of course they found that someone intentionally left a hose on my engine undone. It was explained to me that doing by them doing that slowly causes damage to the engine. Simple fix all in all (glad I didn't wait) they felt sorry for me and I wasn't charged. I'm pretty shocked by some of the reviews because our experience wasn't even remotely similar. I came in out of desperation because our car got a flat in the Sonic drive through. We pulled over in the bank parking lot to put the spare on, when the Jack slipped and the wheel well fell on my husbands arm. His arm was swelling, so I walked over to the service shop in hopes of borrowing a Jack, when they jumped up and came to our rescue. We had two kids in the car, hot and upset about not getting their slushies and these guys came in and helped us 10 mins. We have a warranty with Fire Stone but we decided we will come here moving forward. Super friendly, efficient, and professional. read more

Sean, the Service Manager, was excellent. He went out of his way to do research for me on getting the rims for the price that I wanted, even when his shop didn't have the right size. He was honest, patient, and had good demeanor and genuineness. I like how he called me Miss both via email and in person. :) Sean even went as far to explain to me what the service charge was for. I sort of already knew, this but it was good to know that he was trying to educate me versus just charging away. Service was seriously great for me. I seriously don't know why the ratings on Yelp is so bad. Check out my picture of the Google snapshot. From Google's point of view, this place should have 4.5 to 5 stars. But hey. People have varying experiences. Mine was great, and I would be doing them a disservice if I am not honest about it. Worst experience of my life dealing commercial mechanical shop. I was referred to the place by a friend. I received their services. I came to pick up my car and was told i had to sign a disclaimer, that my car was unsafe to drive. I refused was then forced to sit in their establishment for 3 hours cause i had no ride home. Then they just gave me my keys and let me go. Their part also later failed and they would not uphold the warranty on the part. They stated there was too much ware and tear from other components on the car, but most of the parts in question were new and shouldn't have anything to do with their part failing. I was moving from Dallas, Texas, to North Carolina when my Jeep started to overheat and act nutsy. I was stuck in Atlanta rush hour traffic and in a panic because my Jeep was overheating. I Goolged the closest auto service station and Swuanee Service Station came up. My service advisor was Jace and he walked me through each step of the quote and repair process. Unfortunately I needed a new water pump and thermostat but being in the middle of a move I had to get the service done. While I wasn't happy with the situation Jace and Jason made it an easy process and were very accommodating. The techs even stayed over after closing so I could get on the road again instead of having to get a hotel room for the night! read more

If I could give this Business a negative 1 star I would absolutely do it. My work van broke down and needed a transmission. I learned through the process of trying to replace said transmission that I was covered under warranty for the parts and labor. I agreed to allow Suwanee Service Station to do the work and it took two months to get the van back. The real issue with this terrible business is not with the time it took to get the necessary parts to complete the repair due to supply chain issues. Through the entire process communication was little to none. I addressed additional issues about the van to include the brakes and they were never addressed. After two long months of waiting I finally received a call that the van was completed. I picked it up and drove it home. Three days later the van would not start and the hood to access my engine compartment would not open to jump start the battery. I called this date, to speak with a manager and was accused of leaving the vehicle in a place where someone could tamper with it and brake the hood latch! This manager was trying to shift the blame off of the shop and onto me!!! Meanwhile my van had been in their possession for two months (in pieces). Suwanee Service Station, I took my car there to have them see if my tire was fixable. It has a nail in it. The first guy told me to park my car and leave it. I told him I can't leave it to just please look where the nail is, to see if it can be fixed. I told him I can't stay so I was getting in my car to leave when this other guy walks up to my car and asked if he could help me. I tried telling him the same thing and he cut me off and told me to park and just leave it . I told him I can't leave it, just please tell me if it's fixable. He cut me off and wouldn't listen either. This second guy that said he was manager, Sean. He was a bully and harassed me because I had a simple question that he didn't want to listen to. I wasn't planning on leaving my car, was just gonna show him where the nail was in my tire, to see if it was fixable. He didn't want to listen. I said if I back up my car, you can see where the nail is. I never moved it. He then accused me of trying to run him over, which he was standing on my passenger side. He was taunting me and asking me if I was mad. I was frustrated that he wouldn't even listen to my question. He yelled them for all the technicians to come out and look at my tire. I told him I didn't need them all to come out there. He was making fun of me and bullying me. He asked me if I was mad over again. At this point I was getting mad. Why did he even come out to my car then?!? At this point, I would never let them work on my car. I left and them called to speak to a manager. He answered and said he was the manager. On the phone he said he has me on camera trying to run him over. That's a lie. He was bullying me the whole time. I called and reported him to Suwanee police. My Jeep broke down and I towed my car there. After some thought, I decided to have my engine replaced. The manager said that he would take care and they know what they are doing. What started to be a 3200.00 job ended up being a 4100.00. He told me that the engine would have a year warranty with 12,000 miles. When I came to pay, he took my money and then he said it really has 6000 mile warrany, 6 months. The manager said there was something wrong with my memory. No other mechanic/garage has done this in my experience. Also, while driving home from vacation last week I had a minor car issue and one of the mechanics, Jerry? Jimmy? Man, I cannot remember his name. Anyway, he helped me out over the phone and had us back on the road within a matter of minutes. Purchased 5 oil change and only received 2 oil change. When went to get 3 oil change that time I had informed service desk person can't find my purchase receipt but you can see in your system that I had been twice there for oil change. service desk person confirm that only twice oil change happen but can't honor other 3 because don't have my purchase receipt. Service desk person was very rude and don't want to help and say they can not do anything and not going to refund money or not going to provide service. I told them it's a rip off and service desk person ticked off and ask me to leave place and go ahead and report BBB. They don't care. Told her she had brake fluid where it shouldn't be etc. She was there for THREE AND A HALF HOURS. She watched TEN MEN come and go getting the same special ($25 oil change) and none of them had issues. She politely told them they were gonna think about it. She took her car to a local Honda shop. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst service I have ever had in my life. I wanted to get my oil changed and my headlights looked at (the wiring got loose). It should have taken 45 minutes, max but they spent over 5 hours on it, and didn't even finish the job! They are stereotypical mechanics who tried to tell me all sorts of things were wrong with my car, so I'd pay thousands of dollars to fix things that weren't broken in the first place. I took my car on Wednesday night for a suspension fix , Saturday I called at 3pm for a status , now bare in mind I was Scheduled to pick up the car at 1pm , they told me the programmer had not arrived . Come Monday morning , the guy does not have the machine " how did it change from the guy is on his way to the guy does not have the machine . Sean's excuse was alway to the fact that my Range Rover was a 2006 . The point is " can you do the job or not ", everything else is irrelevant . Had you communicated with me , I would have taken it elsewhere . Monday comes and he tells me the car needs to be taken to Landrover for an indefinite amount of time . I have never dealt with dealership that has taken more than 5 days to resolve the issue and complete the service . The lack of communication is the biggest problem , they are quick to take your business and then try to explain away their incompetence and failure to complete the job as scheduled and on time . read more
