Called twice about their lab, both times said it doesn't exist, walked into building and it's still there, sutters phone tree and bureaucracy is a nightmare. Sutter is definitely no what it use to be. Find healthcare elsewhere. There is a nurse by the name Neida who talks about patients behind their backs. She has poor patient services. Has an attitude with people and when you attempt to say something she laughs at you as if you're ignorant. She has lied to her superiors and they believe her. When something is said to the physician, they ask you not to file a complaint against her, instead they will speak to her privately on how to interact with patients. If you have any type of interaction Neida, trust that she's talking about your personal health and disclosing things that she shouldn't be. Sutter sucks and definitely isn't family oriented like it use to be. Her customer service is horrible. Her superior isn't any better for believing that the patient is the problem and not her. read more

I went to this Sutter clinic to get a physical and Sutter billing department sucks! My insurance FULLY covers a yearly physical and I still get charged for it somehow! And they can't even really explain to me why, makes absolutely no sense because last year I got more done on my physical and it was fully covered. The only reason I went for the dang physical is to get a discount on my insurance and now I end paying more because they can't bill right! So disappointed! Seriously do better Sutter! read more

I am so grateful to Dr. Maryam Zaman and staff. Hi I called in the morning and received an appointment same day (!!!) at the exact time I asked for. I was seen within minutes, taken back 20 minutes before my appointment time. After the nurse asked her questions and left, Dr. Zaman walked in within seconds. She was the third physician I had seen for a health issue I'm going through. The first one told me it was all in my head, the second physician was great but couldn't name what was wrong with me, but Dr. Zaman knew within seconds of meeting her what was wrong with me. She was just as excited as I was to receive a diagnosis and begin my journey of healing! read more

Would award this facility-5 stars if I could. Had to go in twice for a radiology appointment. Customer service terrible both times. No one ever called me to give me test results, even after I called and requested 3 times. My Doctor then wrote me a note saying she couldn't call me, and if I was unhappy with that I could find another Doctor. I was new to the area and walked in clueless, needing a TB skin test for a job. Lady in the lab section was very patient and sweet. She gave me the run down, made me a Patient profile, and set me up for an appointment for the following day, explaining exactly where to go and what would occur. Lady at the front desk on second floor was also very sweet and informative. My appointment with Dr. Adalumo was great. She is very sweet, genuinely cares about her patients, and helpful. She was not in a rush, and I truly felt as though she was fully involved in our conversations, not rushing to finish and move onto the next patient. Also, the Leland Byers who administered my skin test was very sweet and made me as comfortable as possible while getting my injection. Overall, awesome first experience here and amazing treatment from everyone I encountered!! read more

Shame on Maggie urgent care front desk. She laughed at me for not having a VA ID. She continues to insult me for saying, 'Did VA forget to give you one?''Why don't you have an ID?' And laughs. I told her VA ID is not required as long I have a valid Driver's license. With the lack of knowledge she said she will still need my VA ID. I told her what she needs to know and I'm confident I will not spend a penny. After the service she keeps talking why I don't have a VA ID. I didn't want to be rude and go below her level so I just smile and walk away. And Maggie I left without paying anything because I served this country for you to laugh at the veterans like me. This place needs an overhaul, you make an appointment for lab work 30 days out and when you get there they say we no longer do appointments. Not to mention a 55 minute wait to get the labs pulled after you have been fasting for 12 hours. The same questions are asked several times when checking in. I like Sutter but the urgent care on Eaton seems to be getting worse. read more

Omg, if you call you will deal with incompetent call center idiots. Called to make an appointment for my daughter, we have different lady names and it blew their little brains. After being put on hold forever, Finally got an appointment. The call center lady had called the doctors office and everything. Come to find out, either she called wrong place or lied about calling, she actually set spot up with wrong doctor. Tried working with that group, what a waste of time. My hubby decided to take advantage of a no-cost annual preventative visit. Had no issues with the visit. Went in for recommended lab work only to be billed nearly $400 for the lab work alone - lab work that was recommended because he mentioned that he was frequently tired. If my dentist office gives me an estimate of all dental work before they proceed, if even my car repairman can give me an estimate on repairs before they proceed, why can't medical offices give you estimates for non emergency work before you proceed? It's very predatory and unethical to expect patients to know what their insurance will or will not cover. Because I should know how much a vitamin D shot is going to cost me...right. read more

The location and facility is nice. My issue is the billing in general. An office visit should not cost $300+ to speak to a doctor. Lab work should not cost over $1k. Tried them a second time and sure enough got billed the same amount the second visit. When you call their billing department it's basically yes that's the price. Stay away from Sutter Gould Foundation. read more

I had a routine GYN visit that was covered by my insurance. Unfortunately, the tests that the doctor ran were billed under the wrong insurance code for someone of a different age bracket as me so the insurance denied it. My insurance asked that Sutter re-bill the tests with the right insurance code and then I received a letter of apology from the Sutter billing department. THEN THEY RE-BILLED THE INSURANCE WITH THE WRONG BILLING CODE A SECOND TIME. This is bordering on fraudulent billing practices and I'm at the end of my rope with these people. I will call on Monday to get this re-billed AGAIN with the proper insurance code but if I run into this issue again, I have no problem making a complaint to the stated Medical Board. read more

Had a very bad experience with a Dr. Banda this week. I went in after 4 days of full rest, but still suffering with body ache, fever, sinus pain and unproductive coughing. I've had this condition every year, so I know it's time to get some antibiotics. My usual doctor can't see me until after 3 more days, so i went to this new urgent care in Tracy. She told me to rest a few more days. I said I've been doing that already and I'm very miserable. She ordered an EKG due to spiked up heartbeat because of Claritin D. I paid double the copay for the urgent care plus the EKG just to be told that I just need to rest. I appealed and begged for antibiotics because I know that'll work for me (did so every year). But she told me no amount of my words will change her mind, tossed my paperwork on a chair, said we're done talking already, then left the room. Didn't even tell me to change from hospital gown to my own clothes. Rude to the max!!! read more

Walked in to a very clean medical facility. It was also 30 minutes before closing time on a Tuesday. The lady that 'booked' me in the lobby and the other lady that did my 'intake' were very sweet. After not getting antibiotics at Sutter hospital on the prior Thursday for acute bronchitis, I wasn't getting better. My doctors are in San Mateo and couldn't see me until Thursday, so that's why I chose to go here. Dr Banda saw me and diagnosed me with sinusitis and gave me antibiotics. 24 hrs later and I already feel 50% better! Thanks to Dr Banda and staff for making my first visit of being 'booked and put into intake' a great one. Lol. Keep up the great work. read more
