Came here months ago for my son. It was the only urgent care I could find who took our insurance. We live about 30mins away. There was a long line outside. They were having a meeting so they opened 30mins late. Not helpful. It was so crowded. Didn't seem to be very sanitary. Friendly staff. The wait in the waiting room was about 30mins. The wait in the room was over an hour. MD was not a people person. Just did his job and left. Appreciate him seeing my son, meds given that helped. read more

Hello, I was scheduled for 7/17/23 appointment at 2:45 pm over 2 months ago for a psychiatrics appointment, I was called 3 times on 3 different days consecutively before my scheduled appointment to make sure I will make this appointment, on the day of the appointment i was called to at 8:25 Am to let me know that my appointment was canceled . very bad business practices total disregard for the patient time and well being. read more

I had an appointment here with Dr. Ronald Bedford. He is such a wonderful Dr. He made me feel at ease as I was nervous, but he really treated me well. My nurse Melissa couldn't have been nicer. Waited a month to going in thinking I am getting it out and turns out it was just a consultation after calling them and letting them know that I wanted it taken out. My son had an appointment and they canceled it without even letting me know , they claimed they called me and spoke to me and I asked them for proof of that call because I never spoke to anyone. This place is unprofessional. My two children see Dr. Chita she is nice but not proficient . My son went to her several times for eczema everything she suggested did not help. For the 5th time he went in and she finally said she would refer him to a dermatologist. Two weeks later I called and there is no referral no documentation of any referral for a dermatologist. The patient representative sent a message and Dr Chita and her MA Mary called back and said she wanted him to go back in. Why would he need to go back in for the same issue he has been seeing her for weeks. All I needed was a referral to the dermatologist. It took them a. addition 3 days to return my call and I still havent got a straight answer or any feed back. I dont understand how this place is still operating. Worst place to go to. I am a mother of and have had many pap smears in my life. Yesterday i had the most god awful experience... the dr left the instrument In and let it hang out of me for at least 20 to 30 seconds while she did god knows what. I have never had a doctor completely let go of the instrument I don't believe this is normal. They are normally uncomfortable but I've never experienced anything that uncomfortable and woke up this morning with a pool of blood. I have also never experienced anything more than spotting with a Pap smear. What a nightmare experience. Do not go there. Although the staff was nice it has nothing to do with how incorrect that procedure felt. I am from out of the area and could not find an office now knowing what I experienced I could've went without. read more

care quality from my doctor is nothing special. he does the basics for me then I get into a car accident and my arm pops out of place and I have to pull it down to line it back up. I go to his office a year ago and he tells me to raise my arm and twist it back and forth, saying my shoulder is fine and needing to just exercise it and possibly gain weight. My arm stays the same and I call the office next year in December, I get a phone an appointment, he calls a little after the time and I ask if he remembers. He actually gets a mad at me with an angry tone and says he referred me to their physician. I try to tell him he didn't and talks to me like he's my parent arguing saying I didn't listen and the nurse is the one that does it then gives me no information and tells me to stay on top of it, the nurse will give you the information. Very disappointing and unprofessional trying to use the nurse as an excuse. read more

Dr Kaushik, WORST Dr EVER! I am 60 years old and have dealt with major medical issues for well over 20 years. I moved to Tracy a few years ago and started in her care about that time. I need to see different specialist and have been referred to many. However Dr Kaushik, for whatever reason, has a hard time reviewing test results from these doctors. She seems to forget who she's even referred me to! She refuses to review my past medical history, therefore not updating my current records. She seems to pick and choose what my health issues are. I have been dealing with chronic pain for well over 20 years and have been prescribed pain meds for just as long. It absolutely kills her to have to refill these meds. I was on several different medications from my past pain management and she only refills one, which she drastically cut me down on. I have a referral to a new pain management but she has history ALL wrong, therefore I refuse to book an appointment until it is corrected. I just recently had surgery for severe spinal stenosis and it isn't even mentioned on the referral??? She is going to be the death of me, I cannot get proper care due to such negligence! I have not switched Drs because then I'm having to start over yet again or I know I will have to switch eventually if I want to live. I warn anyone and everyone to stay away from her. At this point I doubt she can treat the common cold! read more

This review is for the on site staff and providers. Management and policies are kind of lame but the girls in the front, the back medical assistants, and PA Rick are all so helpful and accommodating. This is a busy clinic but the workers are always calm and pleasant. They do their best to help and try to make things work. I like the Dr's but the nurses and girls at the front are terrible. I have never once been able to make an apt by phone because they don't pick it up. If I could give negative stars to this place I would. My husband and I literally had the worst experience here that we ever had with a doctor. I should have known better when I saw a dead cockroach on the waiting room floor. Dr. De La Cruz was unprofessional and rude. She made us seem like freaks for having a home birth when we had our son. When we told her our son measured 23 inches when he was born she told us we had to be wrong because that is a size of a 3 month old. We later were told by a different doctor we were probably right since he fit in 3 month clothing when he was born and measured in the 90th percentile. Dr. De La Cruz even brought multiple nurses and her supervisor into the room to tell us they couldn't help us since we didn't have a hospital birth and she didn't want to deal with us. At every turn she was combative when all we were doing was trying to get a normal check up for our son. I left the place in tears. I don't normally give negative reviews but this place needs to learn to better serve their patients with care. read more
