It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. European Wax Center has a Late Policy Form Stating if you're 9 minutes late you will be marked as a no show, what happens when they don't respect your appointment time ?
