Everything else was in cardboard boxes and the bag was paper. As a result, my tempura stayed crispy and delicious with no steam sag, and my wife said her sushi was good quality and very tasty. What you need to know is that this is not a standalone restaurant, and it's a bit tricky to see from the street. It's in a commercial kitchen building where several small restaurants rent a kitchen. There are no tables, waiters, or personnel - just the proprietors and their mom & pop shops.
