Excellent sushis! The chef prepares them in front of you but it's quite quick, and very affordable for such high quality sushis! Only one vegetarian option unfortunately, but it was delicious! Plenty of fillings! We took them as takeaway, but the restaurant was also very cute and calm. Friendly service.

A sushi place located by the quay in the area of Sjöstaden in Stockholm…read more Very popular with the residents in the area and quite busy around dinner time 17:00-19:00. They have a great selection of sushi dishes on their menu and also a wide selection of side dishes and hot dishes. The fish and seafood ingredients feels very fresh both visually and in taste. The sushi pieces are presented in a beautiful way on the plate and the taste of the ingredients usually deliver. But lately the sushi have been varying in quality, depending of what staff that is working. I think this comes down to the fact that the restaurant have new owners that need to tighten their ship... Hopefully they will adress this problem quickly so that the restaurant once more becomes the place that serve the best sushi in Stockholm - always.

The four stars is for the sushi, not the staff. I have heard of them making fun of English speaking…read morecustomers, and personally experiences this. I do not speak Swedish fluently, but I understand enough to know when they are making fun of us. They wrote things on take away boxes, for 'Justin Timberlake' and 'The American with blonde hair'. That aside, the sushi is worth being the butt of a few jokes! Quality rolls with fresh ingredients. Pretty presentation and great quantity! Very, very busy in the evening! Order your food ahead of time for take away, or else you will be there a long time!

Dare I say that this is...the best sushi I've ever had? And it's in Stockholm, not Tokyo?…read more I just had to make sure that the Yelp world knew about this spot. I stumbled upon it on a walk elsewhere and was allured by the TripAdvisor ratings and the quiet post-lunch time lull. I was at first skeptical not to order the typical 8 piece tuna roll that I usually get at most sushi joints, but I am so glad I listened to the chef and ordered the 11 piece Dagens Lunch special, which came out to around 130 kr. The miso soup was extravagant, and I know it's weird to define a basic soup with such high terms. It wasn't too sour, too salty, too cold, too filled with seaweed or tofu. Much like Goldilocks' porridge, it was just right. The chef prepared the sushi right in front of me, and I was in awe at how many steps were involved. He made the rolls, put on sauce, torched the salmon and white fish nigiri, added crunch to the rolls, and put different sauces on the pieces (pesto on white fish, tomato salsa on salmon, caramelized onion on salmon, etc.). Everything was exquisite, even the pesto, which somehow married the fish and rice together with a bit of a nice and fresh basil kick. Am still unsure what was on the last two pieces of nigiri, but regardless, they were excellent. The rice so fresh; you could tell because it wasn't that sticky, dry rice that usually comes with sushi. Yes, it's a bit pricey. But it's ruined sushi for me in that I can't go anywhere else anymore. For sure, a place to write home to Mom (and to you Yelpers) about.

Having followed 'Susherian' on Instagram for some time I was more than a little excited to finally…read morego there; Sushi *looking* that amazing surely must be great tasting as well, no? The restaurant is smaller than expected so given Covid-19 we went for a few different dishes in a takeaway package. If it wasn't clear from Instagram pics already (it was) then visiting the place "IRL" the hipster factor is impossible to miss: staff have fancy tattoos, pop music playing and they're not very apologetic about being slow or mixing up your order(miso soup is free though). Oh yeah: hipster - brown paper cups and paper everything. Save the planet points right there bro). Anyways... Food looks good border very good, even wrapped for takeaway. Then you dig in and you find the rice not cooked enough and little/no hint of rice vinegar. Okay, yours was the first order of the day, maybe they rushed the rice (but is that ever okay?). Then you eat a bite and you realize they've put green pesto on the fish. IMHO "fusion" is not a license to fuck things up. I'll stop there. It's trendy, it makes for nice pics. It isn't very impressive sushi however. Would recommend 'Tokyo Diner' (Hötorget) over this for fusion.
