1st time back since new management took it over, no longer a all you can eat like before, but I can say I had the lunch specials, actually full and good to go! Everything was very fresh and tasty.

5 Stars...every time…read more This is a regular stop every time we are in the area. Service and food are wonderful. Our waitress was very good about customizing our order. Had a few rolls, some sashimi and a cold bottle of the Black and Gold sake. The Beauty and Beast Roll has lots of ingredients and many flavors. The Candy Cane Roll has chili oil and is nice and spicy for those that like a little more heat. Great little hidden gem of a place, very nice decor inside, always excellent food and service. See pic below.

I ordered two rolls: the tuna tuna and the Smokey dragon roll. On the menu it stated the tuna tuna was spicy but I wasn't ready for how spicy it was! Really good with a nice punch of spice. The Smokey dragon was my favorite out of the two though. The lemon zest was such a nice flavor that stood out and made the seafood in the roll shine. My sister ordered the tom kha soup and the pad see ew with shrimp. The soup, which I tried as well, was so delicious. It tasted so fresh, it's the best version of this soup I've ever had. As for her see ew, I couldn't give my opinion because she ordered it quite spicy so I didn't try it, but she said she loved it. She really enjoyed it. Service was great, food was fantastic and the restaurant was cute and clean. Can't ask for anything else. Would definitely come back here if I was in the area!!!

AYCE for $33.95 for dinner or weekends. We were seated immediately at a comfortable booth. Our waitress was great and very attentive! I ordered the rock shrimp (not pictured). It was lightly breaded with a drizzle of I think spicy mayo. Fantastic! They have a salad bar, where I found Kani salad and seaweed salad, among other things. I ordered a vegetable tempura, which came with onion, broccoli, mushroom, sweet potato, and zucchini. Very good! Lightly breaded and fresh! For my sushi I ordered the Snow Crab roll and the Wesley Chapel 2.0 roll. The Snow Crab roll was exactly as it sounds, snow crab. It was exactly what I wanted! The Wesley Chapel 2.0 roll is deep fried with cream cheese, salmon, white fish, and avocado topped with eel sauce, spicy mayo, scallions, and masago. Very good! Excellent flavor and fresh ingredients! For dessert, I picked this delicious melon popsicle (not pictured). Loved this! It tasted like melon and was perfectly creamy! Would definitely recommend and come back!

Not sure what was going on but we did wait about 10 to 15 minutes before the server came around. But once they did everything was good. As usual the sushi was super fresh and delicious. The kitchen is always on point with the flavors and quickness. The only thing I was disappointed in was the ramen. The broth was ok but the noodles soaked up so much of the broth as I got half way through the bowl all my broth was gone. Still love the ambiance as it's modernized with a projector image on the wall and perfectly amount of lighting. Can't wait to come back again.

I ordered it, and it was delicious and a great cut. I was truly amazed coming from an all u can eat spot. This time I focused more on just the sushi since I don't really like that every roll has the crunchy stuff as it takes away from the flavor. The sushi did not disappoint, the salmon was on point. And again I ordered the lychee martini and it was just as good as the last time. Lastly, our waitress joy if in remembering correctly, she was so great! Loved her vibe!

Instead, we chose to order individual entrées and a dessert. We received it immediately because we got there before 12 o'clock and it is also a federal holiday. Also, we were presented with menus right away. Insight has an upscale pleasant feel, and comfortable seating. The menu does have a lot of options and also I will say most of them look very appetizing. Another thing I really liked was when we came in we were asked if anyone had food allergies, which is great because you know from reading my reviews if you have that I do. Our server was full of personality and very helpful and went over every detail on the menu with us to make sure that we were happy with our choices. We also ordered Coke, zero which they said they had I really did not have Coke zero instead it was definitely Diet Coke. I'm only mentioning this because I am sensitive to Diet Coke but not Coke Zero. The food was good. I had steak teriyaki with white rice and it was full of flavor. The soup was ok, and the salad was large and pretty high quality. My partner had salmon hibachi with fried rice and a side of noodles, and notes that the salmon was fresh and that the rice had decent flavor, but that the noodles did not have a good hibachi flavor. My partner also had fried cheesecake which was fine. Service was excellent. If you take the AYCE (all you can eat) option they have rules. 1. Finish what you order before ordering more or you may be charged. 2. 2 hour limit thu-sun. Recommended

My goal is to check out and find great sushi and this place nailed it!…read more I ordered the Hawaii Roll and the Miyazaki Roll. The Hawaii Roll is raw with tuna, salmon, shrimp tempura, crunch, avocado, and mango and it is wrapped in soy paper and topped with spicy mayo and wasabi sauce. This was $18.50. I've never had mango in a sushi roll and this was fantastic! I wasn't sure about it at first but the variety of fish and the crunch with the sweetness of the mayo and the sauces was pure perfection! The Miyazaki Roll is smoked salmon, krab meat, and cream cheese. It is deep fried and topped with eel sauce. This was $10.95. Loved this! It was not overly breaded and definitely not oily. So good!! My meal also came with a choice of soup or salad. Naturally I picked the miso soup, which was great! They had a lot of options and variety! It was hard to pick the 2 rolls I did because several sounded great! Service was excellent! Staff were so attentive and friendly! Would definitely recommend and come back!

They were super helpful when I arrived and asked if I wanted any sauces before I left. I ordered two sushi rolls, the shumai, and chicken hibachi dinner. The shumai were delicious and flavorful and were devoured in one sitting. The spicy Manhattan roll was good but very large so difficult to eat in one bite. Very good with eel sauce. The rainbow roll was also good. Seemed fresh. Clear soup was flavorful. The salad was a bit disappointing. Looks like just lettuce, sliced cucumber, and dressing. I have not tried the dressing yet as I was too full. I am saving the chicken hibachi dinner for day 2 but did have a bite of everything. Did not seem overly flavorful so I will be adding some soy sauce to it when eaten. Might also add some veggies or something to the fried rice. Just very plain. Overall it was good and I appreciated being able to order to go and eat at home.

The experience of eating inside the restaurant was positive overall--I found the space to be very clean. The service was efficient; we placed our order and paid at the counter, and our food was brought to our table. The self-serve drink option was also convenient. Here are some pros and cons of the meal. On the positive side, the price was great for the amount of food provided; the portions were generous. The rice and yum yum sauce were delicious. However, I was disappointed with the protein. Both the steak and chicken were very overcooked and had a strange taste, which made them difficult to chew. The veggies, on the other hand, were a bit firm, but I didn't mind that since I like my vegetables with a bit of crunch. Overall, the biggest downside was the hibachi protein. If the steak and chicken had been cooked properly and tasted better, I would have rated the experience much higher. This has been a consistent issue, as I found the protein tough during my previous takeout orders as well, though it was even more pronounced this time.
