I found this place on Apple Maps while searching for "noodles" on the way to the outlet. The reviews looked good, but maybe that was true years ago , today's meal was just okay. We ordered chicken teriyaki, the chicken and salmon combo, a kids chicken teriyaki ($2 less but no veggies and overcooked chicken), and crabmeat Rangoon. Everything was overcooked, the soup and sauce spilled in the bag, and the salmon was dry and too salty ...not worth the extra cost. The food only had decent flavor when dipped in the sauce. Overall, a 3-star visit. I'd still pick Sarku Japan for fresher noodles and better teriyaki any day.

I read the hype on Yelp and decided to try their food during lunch hours while I was in the area. I didn't find the food to be better when compared to others in the Lutz/Wesley Chapel area. My personal opinion, you get less bang for your buck. Subbing rice for noodles was a surcharge for both the kid or adult plate and it was wasn't a lot of food. The flavor is average as well. The service was great. No complaints there! They do have an extensive boba tea menu. I didn't try anything but maybe that's something work coming back to experience in the future.

This is a walk up and order place however they will bring your food to the table should you choose to dine in. Upon walking in we were greeted and he was so friendly. Explained the menu and helped me with my tea order. I ordered the teriyaki chicken with fried rice and a grapefruit green tea and miso soup. Hubs got the hibachi chicken with miso soup. Tea was good, refreshing. Miso soup was good, lots of flavor. The winner of the table was my teriyaki chicken. Had great flavor, was fresh and loved the veggies that were included. Good quality and fresh food. I'd return for the teriyaki chicken!

This is a solid staple. We are in this area twice a week. I love Asian cuisine so this was a must try. This was my second visit and two weeks apart. The first time was a dine in meal with the family. I had the Hibachi with shrimp and salmon. The serving size was perfect. Unfortunately we witness a couple who seemed to be regulars there order get messed up more than once as they dined in but the waiter/cashier made the effort to get it right but I think he should've just had it reordered. Nevertheless fast forward to two weeks later I decide to come in solo for dinner. It was a Friday around 630ish place was not busy at all. But like last time tends to pick up. I can tell its a popular spot as I sat waiting for me food this lady goes straight to the back and the guy at the register let's her know her order was not fully complete. Then I watched another person come in get her take out and say "See you next week" This time I ordered the Teriyaki Shrimp with fried rice and Crab Ragoons. Man it was pleasing to my palate. I felt like they gave me more food this time as I was not able to finish it all like last time but last time I also didn't order the Ragoons so maybe that's why. Food fresh and hot. I love the dipping sauce. I have had my share and the sweet and sour sauce at other places is like a red syrupy to sweet sauce. This sauce was yellow and like a light flavor of apricot or some fruit but it was good. I don't usually care for that white sauce at other places but this place was different. My most favorite is that ginger dressing on the salad! It was popping 2 weeks ago and the same that night. I LOVE anything ginger especially in my food. Definitely need extra for my meal next time. Definitely will visit again to try the variety of meals in their menu

This restaurant is Asian fusion restaurant. Affordable pricing to all people for lunch and dinner. Interior is not attractive, but the food is good. The combo at lunch special has included a drink. I got the grilled shrimp with sautéed mixed veggies with noodles. The grilled shrimp was perfectly grilled with slightly burnt edge great for the taste. The second dish is the grilled beef with fried rice and sautéed veggies. The beef qualities is good for lunch. Overall our experience is good. Definitely good to return for more.

Phenomenal ramen and amazing food Service was excellent and very friendly. Ambiance was perfect for a Japanese restaurant Great experience excellent Black Garlic Ramen Yummy

    Hibachi Steak

This place is good! The staff was friendly and it was a welcoming environment. The only thing hindering me from a 5 star rating is the portion of food, and taste of the noodles. Personally, I've had better noodles and the steak was kind of bland. Other than that the vegetables were cooked extremely well and had a lot of flavor. I would absolutely come again, and maybe try the fried rice next time! The Krab rangoons were also delicious and well worth it. Definitely go for the lunch special to try it.

Beef teriyaki lunch special with fried rice

This place serves big selections of Asian food, including Boba tea, ramen noodle, poky bowls, teriyaki, and hibachi. I was not very hungry, and the price was not particular cheap, so I ordered a beef teriyaki lunch special. It included a can of soda. I got a mango juice. The food was delicious- plenty of tender beef slices and I believed the chef used strong fire stir-fry technique. The edge of the beef was fried till crunchy, which I like. Plenty of vegetable accompanied the beef. Two scoops of fried rice were also quite good- it got enough flavor, but not overwhelming by soy sauce. Decent enough service and the ambience, seating area was not fancy. Yet it was clean and acceptable. Overall, the food is delicious enough for me to come back again.

Shrimp & Salmon Poke Bowl, Ayoki Japan, Lutz, N Tampa

Ayoki Japanese Restaurant is located in Lutz, North of Tampa off State Road 54 & Collier Parkway in a plaza next to Esporta Fitness and Sweet Frog Froyo. Ayoki serves Express Hibachi, Teriyaki, poke bowls, and tea. Food: 8/10 Kitchen Speed: 9/10 Value: 7/10 Service: N/A Ambiance: 4/10 Romantic: 3/10 Ayoki does not offer table service. You have to walk up to the counter to select your toppings, order, pay, and then you can so at whichever open table you'd like. There was 1 person in front of us and the wait was not long to order. The guy creating the orders was not too professionally dressed and had a ton of tats but he was nice. I got the Dynamite Bowl 2 scoops tempura shrimp, cucumber, avocado, green onion, mixed greens, carrot, wakame seaweed, masago, tempura flakes, and spicy mayo sauce for $15.95 which is a bit higher than average but the serving size was large and the dish was tasty. Ayoki's ambiance has an old school run down 80s vibe that makes this spot not ideal for a date. There's brown wood paneling on the walls and nasty old brown tile, ugly uncomfortable brown chairs, and no booth seating. The restaurant could use a serious renovation. The lighting is also bright and not dim or romantic. There's a lot of more modern poke spots with nicer interior decor that cost less than Ayoki. However, the serving size was pretty large and it didn't take too long to get my order.

Ayoki now has Boba!! And my goodness are they made to perfection. We've only tried 2 flavors so far: the Ayoki fruit tea and taro milk tea and the ayoki fruit tea is probably the best flavor Boba I've ever had. Ever. It's sweet and tart and refreshing. Just WOW.

I got a poke bowl and my kids ordered teriyaki chicken and a hibachi combo. They liked their food. It was clean inside. Other customers eventually came in. There were no other customers during lunch time when we arrived. The cashier helped us order. Someone came out to check on us, I'm guessing the owner. She was friendly. The food was good. I'm guessing because there are a few more popular places to eat that that's why there weren't more people eating inside.

They brought out some items that looked like pellets, but when they poured water over them it ended up expanding into hand towels with the water. It was a nice touch. We were somewhat hungry so we ended up ordering Soy Butter Glazed Baked Salmon with the ginger salad. Basically greens and tomatoes and carrots but the dressing was quite flavorful with ginger. The salmon was good, nicely presented with some bok choy, green onions, mushrooms, rice, teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds. It was a bit overcooked in my opinion (they said medium rare for cooking temp, but it was more like medium or medium well). My husband and I were both craving fish, so that satisfied our cravings, but the texture and the temperature are what got to us. My brother opted for the tuna Sashimi (roughly 3 pieces), chicken teriyaki, rice, zucchini, bell pepper, and onions. It was cooked as expected. The atmosphere was nice and inviting, with a clear view of the sushi chefs. We were also close to the bar (featuring a nice selection of different types of spirits). We weren't in the mood to have any drinks, but I do know some people seated at the bar were taking in some of their cocktails, and they looked amazing. All in all great spot, attentive for the service, polite and honestly some good food. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area, since they had quite a few things on the menu to choose from!

The standouts were the sushi rolls, the rocking shrimp (which my friend really enjoyed), and some of the sashimi. One thing I didn't particularly like about some of the rolls and appetizers like the Asian taco was that they were heavily covered in sauce, which could sometimes be overpowering. Some of the sashimi cuts were also a little sloppy. A cleaner, more precise cut would improve the presentation and overall experience. That said, I think the amount of food you get for the price, especially with a drink included, makes it worth checking out. If you're in the area, I'd say give it a try. With a few small improvements in presentation and consistency, I think they could get closer to a four-star experience.

While we came for the poke, they also have a açaí bowl bar, hot food and even Boba. It was so hard deciding what to get because everything looked and sounded so fresh and amazing. I settled on the first and most popular menu item The Ultimate Poke Sushi Bowl. Everything included sounded delicious. I did sub the carrots for ginger and added mango. The price is only $14.99 which is amazing cause other poke restaurants charge more. What makes it even more impressing is the whopping amount of food they give you. They are not stingy on the portions by any means. In fact I had so much leftover I got to have two great meals out of it. I didn't get boba as it was late and I was just excited for dinner but I did get a fountain drink. They have stubborn soda which I love. It's made with cane sugar. The employee working was very kind.
