We both liked our dishes, with complex, bold flavors. The Chashu belly was tender with sweetness and soy flavor shining thru. Its flavor profile reminded me of Pad Thai. A very nice find in Naples!

Sushi One is without a doubt the best Sushi in town. Yes it might be a bit more expensive, but does one want to cheap out on sushi? The Sashimi Salad is very good. The Sushi One Tacos are one of a kind, not duplicated anywhere, very creative. The Seared Ahi Tuna Salad is very generous and a real treat. I have tried many of the rolls and have liked almost all of them, ( not fond of eel anywhere) Clean, friendly, bright and pleasant decor. All in all, can't be beat. read more

This place is like 3 minutes from our apartment so we decided to give it a try. I can't really complain about anything the rolls were really good and the prices are down to earth. It took a little bit to get our food, but the chef was really busy (you can see him making stuff at the sushi bar). No complains though, and will be back soon read more

We made a reservation in advance through their Google system for a party of eight, and to their credit, it's a small, cozy spot and our table was ready and set up when we arrived. Service moved very quickly, so quickly that our hot meals arrived before our drinks! The hibachi steak, chicken, shrimp was hot and fresh, but nothing particularly memorable - just simply executed. I'd recommend asking for the soy ginger and yum yum sauces on the side to enhance the experience. The sushi rolls were slightly better than supermarket sushi. They offer an extensive specialty roll menu, but many are heavy on shrimp/krab and covered in mayo-based sauces, which seemed to mask a slightly fishy taste in the fish. Service struggled a bit with accuracy. Our server had difficulty remembering who ordered what, so as dishes came out - soup, salad, mains - I ended up directing plates to the right person. If orders are being written down in sequence, it would help to refer back to that when serving. Overall, it was okay, but not compelling enough for a quick return. None of the desserts stood out, so we ended up going elsewhere to finish the night.

When we asked the server to separate the checks, she acted like she didn't understand, turned away, and walked off. We were left trying to fix the unfixable. The food is not that good, in fact, it's bordering on terrible, but the price is very low. This place is not my first, second, third, or my choice whatsoever. However, there is more than one decision-maker in a group.

We started with the age tofu (aka Agedashi Tofu), shrimp shumai, rainbow roll, and red snapper sushi. The tofu was much more heavily breaded and fried than it should be, the shrimp shumai was acceptable but not great, and the rainbow roll and red snapper did not taste fresh. The avocado used in the roll was also past its prime. We also ordered a cold sake, and instead of asking what flavor profile we wanted (e.g. dry, crisp, smooth, etc), we were asked what favor we wanted (plain, peach, or other fruit flavors). We sent back the red snapper which they removed from our check, and paid for the rest and went to another sushi restaurant to finish our dinner. There were several families dining with young children so maybe it is a good choice for youngsters just getting familiar with sushi. They also had a human sized robot delivering sushi to certain tables, which again is a cute touch for kids, who seemed thrilled with it. But for those who like authentic fresh sushi, I'd go elsewhere.

To add insult to potentially life-threatening injury, the roll topped with crunch tasted so bad that I wasn't even able to eat the food that had contaminated the order. Another friend attempted to offer a gluten-friendly roll to the person with the gluten allergy, so imagine our surprise when this roll had crunch ADDED TO THE INSIDE OF IT FOR NO REASON.
