Sushi Bros hits the spot if you want to pig out! My pig out days are behind me now but there was a day when this $25 all AYCE sushi spot would be worth the price. Tonight I got Miso Soup, 3 rolls, and gyoza with a pot of hot green tea. Most decent sushi rolls are at least $12-$15 a pop. I guess for what I got, the price was fair. But I was STUFFED! The rolls didn't rock my world but they were tasty. The miso soup was cold and was a disappointment. The gyoza was very tasty and fresh but I would have liked more dipping sauce. All in all I was pretty pleased with my meal. My server was really friendly and checked on me often. This place is clean and spacious! Great for large parties with plenty of booth seating and regular tables throughout. Fun for a family with plenty of non sushi menu items. Finish your plate though and don't order more than you can eat because you will pay for the leftovers. Definitely recommend this place. read more

This place is just okay. For the price, I definitely wasn't expecting super high-quality sushi, but I felt that this place had a lot of little ways on giving less of the actual fish. The spicy tuna roll was mush and had crunchy tempura bits in it. The nigiri had so much rice and the thinnest piece of fish that you could barely taste. Our server also did not attend to us much, especially considering that you have to fill out a little sheet of paper every round of sushi that you want which they're supposed to pick up. But the food was horrid,I got the fried rice with chicken, the crab hand roll, goza and miso soup. The only thing that was decent was the goza the chicken tasted like oil and the hand rolll was very fishy I couldn't finish it. And the miso soup was just bad taste. I normally get my Sushi Bros fix to go, they are fast & it usually fills me up when I am on the go. They do have an All you can eat Lunch & Dinner dine in meal. I have tried both and I think I prefer Dinner. There are slightly more options for dinner. Lunch is $15.99 & Dinner is $24.99. For a little bit more you can get more sushi options and more appetizer options. The service is on the slower side for the All you can eat. Especially during lunch our server barely came. Dinner was slightly slow because they are busier, but my server was great! She made sure I got all my food I wanted and gave me refills. This place is pretty casual, and they have a kids menu also. I recommend this place when you're not trying to cook & you want variety. Since its all you can eat, its literally all you can eat. If I could give a 3.5 I would, but I do like the place and go frequently. This place is great for cheap all you can eat sushi. Nice atmosphere and always clean. My only issues are with the quality of the sushi. I have gotten the tuna roll (spicy and regular) and the salmon roll (spicy and regular) and the fish is so finely chopped the texture is like baby food. Honestly, any raw sushi roll seems to have that texture and it is nauseating to me. I know it just the lower quality ingredients, which I can understand with AYCE sushi. I would recommend the spicy shrimp roll, tamago nigiri, and the crabmeat salad! If you're looking for the most bang for your buck, I'd look elsewhere. I will throw up a caution to the "kitchen entrees" I ordered the hibachi steak (which was just mediocre in taste) but didn't realize that you have to indicate if you do not want rice or veggies. I was expecting to just get steak, but got a full plate with steak, rice and veggies, all in big portions. Not sure why people like this. Their sushi is mixed with crunch, giving you less fish and eating a ball of dough with every bite. They make the portions look larger, but you're mainly eating rice and soggy crunch mixed in with the "ground fish" (that's what they called it). I called the business about the $14 roll that was supposed to have spicy salmon on top and spicy tuna inside the roll. Upon taking it apart I discovered it was 75% crunch, not fish. They call it "ground salmon". It's the same thing with the spicy tuna. Also, there's nothing spicy about spicy tuna or spicy salmon. You're literally eating carbs, almost zero protein, and a far stride from what sushi is. If you enjoy paying $8 for the most basic "sushi" roll, filled with half crunch and half fish, then by all means enjoy! Be ready to burp it up all night. I personally think it's a deceptive tactic, mixing crunch with the fish without stating that on the menu. read more

After some white tuna nigiri -- always good! -- I perused the menu for something different (different for me, anyway) and landed on hibachi shrimp. All the sushi varities we had were wonderful and made to order, so be patient. They were nicely balanced rather than overladen with rice. The hibachi and the teriyaki steak were very good, bite sized and surprisingly lean and tender. The shrimp were large and fresh, but did not have much of a shrimp flavor so they were just okay. The Hibachi Fried Rice too was just okay, but since my focus was the proteins and the steak was so good, I waa plenty satisfied. Sushi Bros has either A La Carte or an AYCE option. We went with the AYCE option so we could try a variety of items and am glad we did. Just don't over order as there is a per piece charge for leftovers to discourage waste. Sushi bros is a newly opened Japanese restaurant that lets you order an unlimited amount of sushi as long as you finish it all (or else it will be an up charge of .50 - $1 per piece). I came here with a friend to see this restaurant's grand opening! The interior was very clean and I really liked the dark aesthetic of the furniture and walls. However, I think they could do without the green, red, blue, and yellow lights and stick with a more luxurious and modern look. The appetizers we ordered were alright. The tempura was lukewarm. Wished it was a bit crispier. The crab rangoons were a bit on the sweeter side which I'm fine with. The best appetizer would be the age tofu! It had wonderful crispy texture but they could have given a bit more flavor. The rolls were also pretty average. I liked the angel hair roll the most since I love cream cheese and tempura. You can definitely tell the quality of fish is slightly on the lower side and the rolls had quite a bit of rice in them. The nigiri was fine as well but there was just SO MUCH rice. I feel like I couldn't fully enjoy the fish as much. My least favorite part of the meal was the salmon flower. I'll be honest, everything was beautifully plated but I took one look at the salmon flower and was not very intrigued. It looked a bit alien and somewhat unappetizing with the amount of pseudo crab. The name was also a bit misleading because I was expecting a plate of salmon arranged in a flower. So that threw me off as well. In general, the food was very average. However, I am giving it 4 stars only because of our adorable server, Obi :) He was super thoughtful and very friendly to me and my friend. I appreciate his effort to stop and chat with us even though he had other tables to tend to. Honestly, he and the age tofu would be the only reason I would come back. We LOVE this place! All-you-can-eat sushi and hibachi at a great price. The value is incredible, and the food is great too! There's truly something for everyone. My husband is not a big sushi fan, so he started ordering hibachi when we went, but the AYCE set-up has given him the opportunity to try a few different rolls, and he's starting to open up to the amazing world of sushi! But there's a number of really great options for those who don't like sushi or don't like the "raw" part of sushi. I haven't had a bad dish yet! Originally, I was a little salty that some sushi joint replaced the all-you-can-eat Cici's pizza clone restaurant, but when I found out that said sushi joint was also all-you-can-eat, the fat guy in me had to pump the brakes a little bit to pass judgment until trying them out. Sushi Bros is located at the corner of GA-92 and GA-5, pretty conveniently located off of I-575. When you get exasperated that every restaurant in Downtown Woodstock has an hour long wait, this is the perfect type of place to bail out your appetite, because there's plenty of parking, easy to get to and the food is excellent if you're a fan of sushi. The way it works is that you are given paper checklists of all the available AYCE options, you fill them out and submit to your server, and they are made for you to order and brought out to you. Like most Asian buffets, they warn diners to not over-order and claim to charge for waste, so no sense in going too ham and testing out their boundaries. The menu features a big variety of appetizers, soups, noodles and rice dishes on top of all the sushi options, and at $20-22~ depending on if you get some of the a la carte things, the price is still a big steal as far as AYCE sushi goes. You can get the vast majority of standard fish and rolls that most sushi places are known for, as well as variety of fried 'Murican rolled things claiming to be sushi as well. Seeing as how most of the stuff is prepared to order, there's little concern of getting any sushi that's been sitting dormant for hours on end, and the service is attentive and quick to take empty plates to make room for more orders. I can't really say anything bad about the place, because it's conveniently located, has a great price for AYCE sushi, and the quality of said sushi is very good. I look forward to the next time I come here, and I'd recommend this place to anyone who's in the mood for a ton of decent sushi and doesn't want to go broke in the process. read more

We were immediately seated and given a menu. We were excited to see the variety of options listed! Seriously, they have everything! Basically, they just ask that you eat everything you order, but you can order as many times as you want. Considering it was not very busy, we got our food quickly.
