I love that this place offers bento boxes for dinner, and everything in them was delicious! The salmon teriyaki was cooked perfectly and so flavorful, the gyoza was to die for, the sushi was a more unique roll than the typical California roll, and the tempura veggies were perfectly crisp! The food came out warm and fresh and was plenty for everyone. The rental box comes with sushi, Gyoza, tempura and a protein. There rolls here are unique ... i loved the roll I got with the spicy scallop inside. However, the fried roll I got was not warm when it came out, and was as if it had been sitting.. so I didn't enjoy it as much. The salmon sushi I got was delicious and fresh. So many amazing choices and for my first visit, I chose two orders of Salmon Sashimi, and the Valentine Roll along with their house sake. The Salmon Sashimi literally melted in my mouth, The Valentine Roll, which is salmon, tuna, avocado, crab, tobiko with soy bean paper (no rice) was so fresh and absolutely AMAZING, accompanying these great choices their Wasabi was spot on!! I met Mia tonight as she stopped by to see how my experience was, and all I could do was brag to her that I was texting all my friends that they have to come there and I will definitely come back! The sushi here is absolutely amazing, I tried the alligator role yesterday and it was phenomenal!!! I definitely recommend to anybody in the area. Also another thing the servers were very kind and weren't rude at all!!!!! If you do go I don't recommend getting the salmon, or plain raw fish rolls because they are very bland and the texture on them just wasn't good at all. To start with the people working here are very nice and the service was great. Our waitress was always happy and smiling which goes a long way . The restaurant is very clean and cozy (not overdone like some places). My wife had the Tonkatsu bento box which was very good (the pork was fried perfectly and it came with the correct Tonkatsu sauce). I had the 3 roll lunch special which was also very good (Rice was perfect as was the taste of the rolls). My only complaint is that the miso soup was a little weak and seemed to not have enough miso in it but the ginger salad was great.
