These poor workers. I am appalled at the treatment of these poor kiddos. I came through the drive thru the other day about 1 pm with my husband, and a nice boy took our order, he looked hot and we joked at the sweat on his EYEBROWS!! We got around to the window to witness a manager, miss Katelyn, being unnecessarily snarky to the very nice young lady whom was only trying to politely hand me my order. And hold on it doesn't end there. I took my granddaughter in later around 5 for dinner and guess who took my order. THE SAME BOY! And disturbed i asked if he had been swapped out, and i was horrified to hear he had not been. How awful is that?? These poor kiddos are sweating like pigs in the florida heat! It is simply wrong to keep em out there for so long. I thought chick fil a would treat their employees a little better than this, extremely disappointing. I ordered several items, a sandwich , 2 soups. I also a market chicken salad with honey mustard dressing. The was a carry out order. I checked the order before I left the restaurant. The honey mustard was in the bag but the salad was not, however the honey mustard was on the receipt but the salad was not. So she had enough to put the dressing on the receipt but not the salad. When I went to correct the problem another counter person said, you weren't charged for the salad. The obvious question is how was the salad dressing on the receipt with no salad! Today's miss was a hard biscuit, ice cold eggs, unmelted cheese and crisp cool bacon. So disappointed. On a positive (reason for 2 stars) hash brown potatoes were hot and tasty. This is the first disappointment from Chick Fil A in all the years. But still a big Fail. Coins have thrown $7 out the window and got the same result. We noticed a short line, and 2 people were taking orders, One walked up to us, we placed our order, said we were paying cash, and they said they'd get us at the window. Indeed, it was then that the heavens opened up with a storm. We paid at the window, by the time we got to the 2nd window our food was ready, the fries were steaming hot, the cokes were iced and the chicken sandwiches were in their aluminum lined baggies. Food is always good and the kids are always professional. I only ever do drive through but have never seen an adult. They don't have two drive through lines like every other location and they often close outside ordering by like 8pm so traffic for the drive through backs up onto a very busy road. I've often thought this would cause an accident and last week it did. I hope they add double lines or just build an entirely new location in this vicinity because traffic backed up on the road is just unacceptable and unsafe. read more

This is a fast food restaurant we frequently visit for breakfast or lunch. The food is always prepared well and tastes good. It is served hot. When you eat in the pleasant restaurant, you can get a free refill on your beverage. The Southern style sweet tea is delicious. While much is Southern fried (and delicious!), you can get grilled chicken sandwiches and wraps made with lots of vegetables when you feel a need to be a little more healthy in your food choices. I love Chick Fil A! This is my favorite location of my favorite fast food restaurant. It can get really crowded, but the line moves quickly. Prices are very reasonable as well, the original chicken sandwich meal is $5.69 without tax. Service is friendly and always followed with a "my pleasure". Restaurant is super clean and pleasant. While I may not agree with corporate's life views, I love the chicken. This location is usually spot on, although tonight's fries were soggy and undercooked. The employees are always helpful, always friendly, and always busy. This location is a prime spot and always packed. The staff does a great job at handling it. When it isn't busy they are cleaning tables and refilling drinks. If errors are made, they correct it with a smile. The food is standard Chick-Fil-A, and usually delicious. I always find it harder to review chain restaurants than to review smaller, locally owned ones because everything is pretty much the same with each visit. If done correctly the interior, exterior, and food are essentially identical in every franchise. Therefore, my ratings for places such as Chic-Fil-A are, ultimately, based on customer service. It's make it or break it here, folks! Working close by, I've encountered many of the employees both at the register, behind the kitchen, and the managers. All of them are very friendly and courteous, especially during work. I've never had a problem with their customer service, although I've witnessed newbies talk in an unprofessional manner. Food-wise, as a general review their dishes are all right. I usually came for their salads but they recently changed them and now they're not as good. Waffle fries are always great though, but other than that there's something about Chic-Fil-A's chicken that I don't like. Too greasy, not tender and moist enough, I suppose. read more
