The food is great here and the service usually is as well. I have noticed for the last year that the grease ALL over the sidewalk to the front entrance is terrible and it stinks. When you walk into the restaraunt all you can smell is grease. The grease is a major appetite killer. I hope they clean up their act because I love the location and the food is good. read more

I was really craving sushi as I hadn't had it in months! This place was nearby so I decided to give it a try. They have a lunch/dinner special where you can get nigiri sushi, sushi rolls, and an appetizer for a set price (just $20 for the dinner special). What a great deal and so many varieties of sushi and appetizers to choose from! I ordered online and went to pick it up; the store had a little window in the foyer to pick up/order and they provided a little table in front of it with all the menus as well. The waitress Kali did not refill drinks once, never took plates away, and disappeared so we couldn't order more sushi. Asked more than once if we were done. First time to the Arnold Sushi Ai. Have always heard good things about this location and they lived up to everything I was told. The sushi is made very well and fast. The wait staff is very good. I like that this restaurant is not all that's big. It maybe sits about 40ish people by my judgement and this allows the staff to keep up with great service and food. Sushi Ai is located in a small old strip mall just off Highway 55 and Richardson Road. Maki portions were very generous and yummy. Our server was very nice and efficient. It seemed like all of the employees are actually Japanese, which made it a more authentic experience for me. My only complaint would be the music was a little loud and it was noisy. Let me be honest, I love to eat. When I was told that this was all you can eat, don't leave even a morsel of rice type of thing, I thought, "challenge accepted". At other sushi restaurants and just restaurants in general, I find myself not full even after spending a fortune (I'm 18 so that's like $30). I also enjoy Sushi Ai because no one there knows what the dress code is, so, if I'm in sweatpants, I fit in, if I'm in jeans, I fit in. If you are ever in a confusing situation ship, take them Sushi Ai, because it could be a date, but it doesn't have to be, which I love! Two drawbacks, there was limited seating so my over energetic self had to wait and the parking lot was poorly placed. They have a range of options from simple and traditional maki and nigiri to fancy sauced-up rolls with tons of toppings. Prices are very reasonable, including an option for $20 all-you-can-eat OR a $20 dinner special, which was a great deal for us. The restaurant is cozy and fun inside, with cool decor and friendly staff. It was also bustling and busy when we visited, which added to the energy. I ordered food to pick up a week or two ago. Quality of food the salads and crab Rangoon was not good. Then the sushi rolls. My husband's order was ok not fresh. My Honey Roll, which is crab, honey, cream cheese and tempura flakes. Was not that at all it was all cream cheese. I ordered two of these rolls. Tried to email them. Their email address is wrong on their receipt via email. So you get an email back that it was rejected. So I commented on Google. They responded and said for me to email them. So I forwarded them the original email. 10 different times no response. So I went on Facebook sent them a private message no response. We spent over $70 on food. I work in the industry, so I hate complaining. Because a lot of people are trying to get free stuff. That is not the case here. I just want to know why my food was all cream cheese. And the quality of the food was unacceptable. Maybe this will get through to them this time. I've even tried calling I've been put on hold and no one gets back to me. This was food for our anniversary dinner it was very upsetting. read more
