Dindo Bustrillos was my Mom's nurse and it's hard to fully articulate how wonderful he was, is, and always will be!! His expert knowledge, compassion, patience, good humor, and beauty of spirit were there every day, and I mean EVERY day!! His medical knowledge is bar none - simply outstanding. And, his nurturing presence made such a huge difference as the days wore on and became more difficult. I don't know how Dindo is able to retain and exude joy and caring in such a difficult profession -- the fact that he can hold so much and help during the most harrowing times in such an impactful way is astounding. My appointment lasted less than 15 minutes and went through all the normal practices like taking blood pressure, height, weight, etc. Nothing special at all. A month later I was hit with a bill for almost $500 because they coded it as a non-preventative visit saying that taking my vitals is a separate code. Absolutely not. Then, when I explained that even if that was true, the CPT code they used was for appointments that are longer than 45 minutes, they said it was because it accounted for the time the doctor took to take notes. I was in the room with the doctor for less than 10 minutes, and if it takes him 25 minutes longer than the entirety of my visit to write standard notes (WITH THE HELP OF AN AI ASSISTANT) then this clinic is incompetent to say the least. While my initial appointment was quick and painless, the surprise billing and dizzying redirection of the staff completely soured the experience. Would strongly recommend reconsidering going to this clinic on all accounts.

But this place and Michael I'd walk on fire to get to on time. Caring and helpful. Not your run of the mill therapy. Michael is super knowledgeable. He works with my issues and adjusts because I have stenosis and carpal tunnel and sometimes the work to stabilize my neck will exacerbate the carpal tunnel. He's flexible and supportive with both issues. Everyone is always wearing a mask and there is no tolerance for unmasked mouth breathers. I appreciate that. They have high quality air filters and always do temperature checks and hand sanitizer is readily available in many locations. The aides were professional, kind, and attentive. The front desk staff was a delight to work with. I appreciated having my exercises demonstrated, printed, and emailed, and was provided with all the necessary equipment and knowledge to do them at home. I enjoyed my time at Baysport so much that it was bittersweet to leave, despite my recovery. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are well cared for! For me looks either double booked or between one and another appointment has very short gap. One time I waited for one hour before get called in. Then in the room.waited for another 30 min. There is nothing wrong with the doctor, it is just frustrated have to wait so long. It is kind like profit over patient time.
