I speak for myself and another person who shares my opinion and experience. Survtech is a poorly run service company. They do sub-standard work. Their customer-service/communication is absolutely terrible- countless phone calls and messages left with their administrative assistant, Jessica McShan, with empty promises someone would return the calls- NEVER happened. I always had to initiate the follow-up, but never could reach any level of resolve. Ultimately, I had to engage another survey company to perform the work correctly that Survtech/Survcorp was apparently too inept to perform. They've cost me money and time. I highly discourage the use of this company, unless you like frustrating experiences, poor communication, no follow-up, and wasting your money and time. read more
