Took about 10 minutes to place my order but once I did they got my drink out quickly. Could probaly use another cash register/cashier during peak hours. Ordered a speciality coffee, spicy gramma, which was good and not overly sweet. Wasn't going to get food but was enticed by their savory Freenird crepe. Unfortunately they are unable to source bulk turkey until after the holidays. Seems to be a very popular spot for elderly people to hang out and eat muffins. Part of town and parking lot is very busy. Probably would only be back if in the area again.

As soon as you walk in you can feel how comforting and welcoming the atmosphere is! By the third day of coming here they knew my name and my order perfectly. Having a dairy allergy, I order nut milk in my coffee and could have cried when they brought out the milk they use to show me that it is just about the highest quality possible nut milk you can find!! They also have gluten free options which I greatly appreciate. This establishment truly cares about their customers and is now my new favorite coffee shop. I miss it whenever I'm away! I always order an iced honey cinnamon latte with cashew milk. It's the best iced coffee I've ever had and it is exactly the same every single day!! 10000/10!!!

First, the location is great right next to a big beautiful walkable tree shade covered park. Nice big covered patio seating area and several different inside seating areas as well. I was greeted promptly by the friendly employees who took my order immediately. Unfortunately they were out of quiche so I ordered the avacado toast and a veggie sandwich with The Nikki coffee. Coffee was out in 5 minutes, delicious and not overly sweet which I appreciate,, with food to follow in another 5 minutes. The business is clearly conscious with the type of packaging they choose which I also apprecite. Great local business! I ordered an iced green chili white mocha, which was excellent and had just a little bit of spice. When I was waiting for my drink, people were also working remotely within the coffee shop and it's probably a great place to catch up on some work. If you are in the Pueblo area, I highly recommend stopping by this coffee shop. It was an easy stop as I needed caffeine for the rest of the road trip.
