Their dried beans are fantastic, and the variety of green chili products is impressive, spices, cheese, roasted peppers, tortillas, green chili Alfredo, ketchup, BBQ sauce... and that's just the start. The food is consistently great, and I love that they ship almost everything (sadly, not the pies--but that just gives you a reason to come back!). The retail person says the owner has 70 varieties that come and go depending on customer demand. I picked up 3 sauces last September at the Pueblo Green Chili & Frijoles Festival. They sell their sauces through multiple locations in Colorado, but a road trip was a better idea. They offer plastic spoons to sample the sauces. They have T-shirts, coffee mugs and a locally themed 500 piece puzzle for sale. Also saw locally made baskets (free with a custom designed gift package) and mini table rugs for counters.
