The lady at the front was very nice and even explained their products and offer different price points, which was cool! However, we only came for the edibles. They came in price points from about nine dollars a package to about $25 a package which I thought was reasonably priced. She explained the difference between the sleepy and more active kinds of edibles, which I did not know anything about. There was a lot of variety and flavors, which is nice. Be warned tho, you can only buy products for yourself and not as "gifts" for friends and family. Overall good experience!

We were welcomed and treated as friends--not customers. All the feels of buying from a long term dealer but without the illegality. A Medical Marijuana Dispensary That Doesn't Prioritize Medical Patients…read more Here's something prospective customers, especially medical marijuana patients, should know about this dispensary. They have a medical marijuana license, but they don't sell marijuana flower on their medical side. None. If you're a medical patient looking to purchase flower, you're forced to shop on the recreational side. Yes, they offer medical patients a discount, but that discount isn't nearly as substantial as the savings typically associated with purchasing medical products. How does a dispensary justify maintaining a medical license while failing to offer one of the most basic marijuana products to its medical patients? And it gets worse. For patients trying to find something more affordable, they offer shake. Historically, their shake regularly tested somewhere between 20% and 30% THC. Now, the selections I've encountered are consistently below 20%, often hovering around 15%. That's a substantial decline in potency, and customers have every right to question it. When I raised these concerns with the manager, rather than having a respectful, professional conversation, he became argumentative, defensive, and made the entire interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. He seemed more interested in defending the dispensary than listening to a legitimate customer concern. But here's where the conversation became particularly revealing. The manager acknowledged that they don't grow their own marijuana and that their purchasing decisions are driven by cost. That admission speaks volumes. From my perspective, it certainly appears that this dispensary is prioritizing inexpensive inventory and higher profit margins over product quality and the needs of its medical patients. When potency keeps declining while customers are pushed toward recreational purchases, it's reasonable to question whose interests are being served. And when I challenged the situation, the manager's ultimate response was essentially that I could shop somewhere else. That's not customer service. That's dismissing a customer because he dared to question the quality and value of what he's being sold. I have a medical marijuana card. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking a licensed medical dispensary to actually serve medical patients, provide reasonably priced, quality products, and treat customers with respect. Instead, I encountered limited medical options, declining THC percentages, questionable value, and an argumentative manager who made me feel unwelcome for raising legitimate concerns. My advice to medical marijuana patients: Shop around. Compare prices, potency, and product availability. A medical license on the wall doesn't necessarily mean medical patients are a priority. And to management: If your answer to a dissatisfied customer is to tell him to shop elsewhere, don't be surprised when he does and tells others why.
