I contacted the representative (Patty) at the fair and after a brief and friendly conversation found out that their office and showroom was just a fifteen minute drive from home in OC. A few months later we stopped into the local showroom in Capistrano. We spoke to Moss who assisted us in making slight modifications on colors to an already existing design. We were told that due to demand it would take about 12-14 weeks to delive. Well, right at 13 weeks we were contacted and the table was delivered and turned out absolutely beautifully. Zach was the delivery driver. He was on time for his appointment, polite and did a top notch installation job with care. We inherited a Brown Jordan Patio Set that was most likely either purchased in the late 60's, early…read more70's. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

She remained professional, but it was just hard to convey to her what we wanted. We luckily got it sorted out and then Erin confirmed the changes the next day. Deb in customer service is another exceptional person to work with. There were some discrepancies that did not match what we wanted when we got our delivery but she was very easy to work with and quickly resolved our concerns. Overall, we love our sectional.
