During the wait, my sister and I, both first-timers to Indian cuisine, struggled to narrow down our choices. My boyfriend stepped in and consulted with our friendly waiter, who helped us choose a great spread: Plain Rice to share, (2) orders of Naan Breads, (2) Mango Lassis, Goat and Lamb Vindaloo, Tandoori Chicken (8 pieces), and Chicken Tikka Masala. The food was fantastic, with both the temperature and spiciness turned up to the max! The Naan Bread was a standout, a must-try with any meal, and my personal favorite was the Tandoori Chicken. The restaurant has a cozy, dimly lit atmosphere, perfect for a casual yet intimate dining experience. However, the music was quite loud throughout, which added a lively energy to the space. We were seated near the fireplace and a TV showing a hockey game, which was a bit too warm for us, especially since our food was already piping hot! The service was exceptional. Our waiter was not only attentive but also entertaining, making our experience even more enjoyable. I'd absolutely recommend Spice 72 for anyone craving authentic Indian food. She apologized for the wait and that they were so busy. But their email system should not say 30 minutes if it will be one hour. She said she couldn't change the email. Well she could have emailed or called to tell me it will be 60 minutes so that way I'm not waiting at the restaurant for 30 additional minutes. Also, don't lie and tell me 5-10 minutes to give me false hope. Tell me the truth so I can at least go sit in my car or get my phone or do errands instead of wasting my time. It is a Saturday and Valentine's Day. That means women won't be cooking so hire more staff or fix your email system to be honest about how long it will take. I'm sure Mother's Day will be the same.

Vegetable samosas are constantly being turned out, if you want meat samosas you'll need to wait a bit or just call in. When you order the premade pepper pakora, bread pakora etc. laid out on the counter the owner (?) dude always asks if you want it heated which is good service. I recommend heating it only if you're eating it right away, otherwise do it at home. It's interesting this guy mans the front 90% of the time I'm here, he neither smiles nor frowns he just does his job, probably 6days a week!?? Anyway it's good to see a familiar face and expect reliable service. I ordered butter chicken recently, I liked it quite a bit. Most places make it more creamy (cream) this place makes it more tangy (tomatoe) so it was a nice change.
