Our contractor kept asking Sam at ATA for dimensions, grading, photos etc and he was getting stonewalled. So I took over the communication and it did not get better. Eventually we went to the warehouse to see the work and my husband said the steel was quality so we moved ahead with letting him install. The welding is AWFUL, the steps are UNEVEN and bending, it's been 2 weeks and it's rusting already. We emailed him to get these issues resolved and have had no response back, luckily we didn't pay the final deposit. Also as an aside this guy can't work with women. When I was handing over checks he was fine but once I started questioning him the gloves came off. He actually tried to pull my husband into his office for a private conversation so he could tell him what I said "that hurt his feelings". Mind you I never cussed or yelled at the guy, I told him we needed to have a conversation for a resolution. And from then on he refused to make eye contact with me and would only talk to my husband who told him point blank he dealt with both of us or neither of us. Buyer beware.
