The correct process was not explained to me. By the time I had decided to reach back out to them because I got an email stating there are job openings and they'd like to get in touch, the second person Nikki Howard insinuated that I intentionally skipped the process and gave me "a second chance". But a second chance for what? I was not given any information on how the process goes. A staffing company is supposed to help people land jobs. And honestly, they get a cut if someone gets hired. Communication goes a long way, but this company doesn't handle it well.

Over the past year, I have made numerous attempts to contact the business via phone and email. I was given inconsistent explanations and repeated assurances that the ad would be completed or that I would receive a refund. Neither has occurred. Despite my patience and willingness to work with the representatives--Hayley and Tonya--I have received no resolution. In fact, I was even approached again to purchase additional advertising, despite the original agreement being unfulfilled. BBB is notified as well as the Federal Trade Commission!!
