The best roasted barbecue pork belly you'll ever have in your entire life. I like to get the full…read moreslab and have them cut it in front of me. It was still piping hot when I ate it in the car. The top skin is very crispy and the pork belly meat is very soft and tender and it taste tasted like it was just right out out of the oven. I also ordered the sua siu pork, and it was very tender and delicious as well. This oriental grocery store is the most organized and decorated grocery store I've ever been into. They have a whole aisle, dedicated to the Chinese beauty drink, which my mother has stockpiled the ingredients for me and I make a tea of it every week. My mother was with me to help me pick out the pork belly, and she had stated that the prices are pretty decent however, there are some items where the prices are higher than other oriental grocery stores but overall the prices are very decent here. The prices for their deli station is very nicely priced I would say much cheaper than the other places and the quality is much higher than at the other places so it's definitely a win-win situation at this place. They have a very large parking lot and it's very close to downtown Tampa and it's very close a couple blocks away from armature works.

The staff there was pretty helpful to help me find something that I was looking for. Knew exactly…read morewhat it was and where to find it. I do wish that they had more of a fresh fish section.

I can't say enough amazing things about Jay Luigi! I wanted my son to try their delicious pizza so…read morewe made a reservation. We sat out on the gorgeous patio that has beautiful flowers hanging above and lovely lighting. I had a special request for the chef and I will say they went above and beyond to make it happen and take care of us. I'm so thankful! I ordered the Queen Stella Margherita which comes on this tasty tonda crust, it's crispy and flaky. Wow I don't typically eat the outer crust but this bread is so good! It has tomato, house-made mozzarella, and really yummy basil. To drink I had a Seasonal Spritz which I believe had apricots and amaretto, this is a nice fresh drink with great flavor. My son opted for the the Maria pizza with tomato, mozzarella, meatballs,Italian sausage, soppressata, Ezzo and pepperoni. Most importantly he got what his heart desired a Hawaiian pizza, his favorite! I love the service at Jay Luigi so much, Joey and the team really wanted us to have a great experience and we most certainly did.

Great experience start to finish. I was meeting friends for dinner, but I made sure to get there…read moreearly to take advantage of the happy hour (3-6 PM, Tu-Fr). The bartender greeted me immediately and introduced himself, and in no time at all I had a delicious limoncello spritz in front of me. Inside the restaurant everything was sleek, clean, and bright, and the jazz piped in from the live music outside added the perfect ambiance. I had made reservations, so we were sat exactly at our time. I highly recommend making reservations because this place filled up quickly and stayed busy the entire time we were there. Our very friendly and knowledgeable server let us order off of the happy hour menu, so my friends and I split a variety of items. First - bread with the 3 dips - you absolutely must get this. Second - fried zucchini balls. While I did like them, I wish they were smaller so the inside was a little more cooked. Third - Creamy Tomato Vodka Pasta - yummy with a bit of kick! This was my favorite food item. Fourth - Queen Stella Margherita pizza. Surprisingly, this was my least favorite item. We got it thin-crust, and while it looked good, it was served completely cold, and the flavor can only be described as cardboard-like. I would definitely try another pizza here, but not this one. My friends also split an order of meatballs, which they loved. While they had wine for dessert, I had a piece of limoncello cake for dessert. It was fantastically lemony and moist, which I loved. Their parking lot is valet only, but fortunately you only have to pay the $6 fee Fri-Sun, so we just had to tip the very friendly valet.
