They failed to clean our filters and place new ones as contracted. They broke the handle on our filter tank. It took several calls to get them out there, admit their fault and get it taken care of. I quit using them since early 2025. I just found fraudulent charges on my credit card every month of this year (2026) and several months of 2025 after I used them. I called in the middle of this week regarding the many fraudulent charges and asked to hear back from them asap regarding these charges. It is Friday evening and they have not called me back. There are over $2000 of unexplained charges from them on maintenance fees. Something is very wrong with this company. I quit using them because of the poor maintenance, high maintenance and incompetence of the people who answer the office phone.

They just helped with an issue with our overflow piping that was cypining our pool water out of the pool. Kim is great at fitting us in for emergencies and great to work with. Wally is a great tech! He knows how to find leaks and knew right away what was going on with the cypin issue with the overflow. He fixed it and recommended some small fixes to the system that makes it easier to know that the overflow is working. Pricing is very fair. From the initial visit, the estimate through the resurfacing process, Finishings by Theodore was great. He met us at the pool supply company to pick out tile & some culping stone. We loaded up with samples to find the right products/colors. Calls/texts were answered promptly. The workers were awesome & it was obvious they'd done this a time or two. Our pool had more than just the one area of concern! So many areas were addressed in the process. We have a salt pool & we discovered that the 'curing process' for the resurfaced pool varies greatly from a chlorine pool. Ted has made the process easy & has worked with our regular pool company via calls & texts. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Over a year for them to complete the pool. Stylish set the expectation that the pool would be completed in 4 to 6 months. The dig for the pool began in February 2025. Final inspection was in February 2026. A year later!! Nothing but excuses and false promises. We had four promised finished dates - in writing - that were not honored. Payments were made immediately after work was completed. Stylish was Jonny on the spot to pick up the check. Delays were all under Stylish's control. We had to get lawyers involved to get them to complete the work.
