Henry the owner showed up to look at our problem which he did but then after he was very adamant to look at practically everything plumbing related just to try to upsell me on anything he possibly could. An owner of a plumbing company should put in just as much as an employee if not more which includes wearing a professional uniform like the employees. He was dressed like he was going out on a dinner date.... Overall would not recommend them if you were trying to save money or get a decent deal.

A $1300 new toilet installation. His cheapest? We buy a new toilet and he installs it for $400. I did a little poking around and fixed the issue for a $11 flush tank ring. I posted a comment on JIT's webpage and no one bothered to reach out. I wonder how many people that plumber has scammed out of significant money. Add another - as he was leaving, he remarked that we didn't have a pressure regulator on our incoming water line - I told him we did have one but we had it removed - and then he started low-key arguing with me saying he didn't see any evidence one ever existed. I remember when Justin had a small business and he was awesome. Be wary now, their plumber appear to have a reason to upsell as much as they can. Not the kind of plumber I want to deal with.

Chris is honest, polite, and easy to work with. Showed up on time, wore booties in the house, kept everything clean and took everything with him. Reasonable price compared to others. The business was started by John's father and eventually passed down to John, who continues the family tradition with an incredible amount of pride in his craft. John personally came out to replace our riser and hose bib/spigot, and his work was exceptional from start to finish. You can immediately tell that plumbing isn't simply a job to him--he genuinely loves what he does. He has been taking things apart, digging around, and fixing things since he was a child, and that lifelong curiosity and hands-on experience really show in his work. John was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process--from inspecting the area and providing a clear estimate to carefully procuring high-quality brass and copper materials from a trusted supplier and completing the installation. His prices are very competitive, but what matters most to me is that he is honest, transparent, extremely skilled, and never cuts corners. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained the process along the way. I actually enjoyed watching him solder/sweat the copper and learning about plumbing! You can see the pride he takes in his craftsmanship. John also gives back to the community by volunteering his plumbing services on weekends, which speaks volumes about the person behind the business. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found John and SJ Plumbing. From now on, they will be our first call for our plumbing needs. We could not be more grateful!
