They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

Well, the problem is that they took improper measurements and then came out to deliver an entire new countertop that was not measured correctly. So the edges were too short and way to long in other areas. They were going to glue it on and I stopped them. Told them to take it back. The guy claimed it's because my wall isn't even...wow! I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.

Jim came out on time and worked his magic. Several hours later the counter top looked like new. I called numerous companies to help me out in my 60-year-old kitchen; had hard luck. No one was…read moreinterested and those we spoke to made the job seem overly excessive, like we would have to redo all of our tile and, perhaps, beyond to replacing cabinets. We looked for help for two years. Then I phoned VersaTILE. Over the phone I told Cody what we had and what we wanted and, BAM, he had an immediate solution that just sounded right to us. He came over, looked over our situation and offered a fix that we really liked. We had a 60-year-old cast iron kitchen sink that was embedded and surrounded in 60-year-old tile. The sink was a mess but the tile wasn't bad; it just needed re-grouting. Cody went right to work, cut the tile around the sink (the tile is planted on top of concrete), he got the sink out, refinished the cut areas with a very close matching tile and then dropped in a new cast iron sink. We had even purchased another sink prior to the one we used and Cody informed us that that sink wasn't good quality, which we could easily see from his voiced prospective and from his recommendation we were able to purchase a great sink from Kohler. Cody re-grouted our countertops and with the new cast iron sink and newly refinished tiles our kitchen looks and feels like a new kitchen. Just marvelous! Cody cleans up his work and he and his co-worker left us with almost no work for clean up afterwards. Just a little wiping down and we were in business. Cody has a plumber that he uses; BG's Plumbing, and they came out the following day. Brian (the owner) and his brother took out our old plumbing from underneath the sink, replaced the pipes, put in a new faucet, garbage disposal, and rerouted our water filter. He made a hard job look easy, but it was a tough job, believe me. BG's Plumbing was great! The work done by VersaTILE and BG's Plumbing was absolutely GREAT. We are so pleased. I found D&S Custom Countertops online and chose to check them out. There office in Modesto provides samples of all the countertops and they have all the latest and most popular designs. To my surprise they provided me a quote for countertops that was almost $1,000 cheaper than what the big boxed stores had quoted me. I chose to have to have the hubby do the demo to save some money and throughout the whole process from the time of ordering the counters to the day of install they remained in touch with me providing updates and advice on the demo.
