Additionally, I had new bathroom (primary and guest) vanities, quartz countertops, backsplashes and sinks installed. From start to finish, everyone I worked with was responsive, flexible, knowledgable and kind (all excellent traits in general but especially for a renovation newbie like myself). While I kept the original layout of my kitchen, full demolition was necessary and as such, new cabinetry and hardware, kitchen sink and quartz countertops and backsplash were required, all of which I was able to select from their showroom offerings. They also completed a breakfast bar for me with a quartz countertop with waterfall edge time match the kitchen counter top waterfall. I am IN LOVE with the final look and I can't wait to cook in my new kitchen and host friends in my newly renovated space. Extra shout out to Owen and two of PG's fabricators, Miguel and Junior, for making my first foray into renovating as pleasurable as a renovation can be. I highly recommend PG for their superior work, customer care and competitive prices.

We ended up hiring them to install our new lowers and counters. The outlet is filled with samples on the showroom floor which is super helpful for picking out your cabinets, counters and finishes. They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

Well, the problem is that they took improper measurements and then came out to deliver an entire new countertop that was not measured correctly. So the edges were too short and way to long in other areas. They were going to glue it on and I stopped them. Told them to take it back. The guy claimed it's because my wall isn't even...wow! I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.

Our sink was integrated into the material, which we loved until it became discolored and had many surface cracks. It was an eyesore, to say the least, and I hit roadblocks every time I tried to find a craftsperson to help us replace the sink. Everyone I spoke to said we had to replace the entire counter! Cole Restorations to the rescue! I sent a few photos and measurements, received a quote, and scheduled a date for the project. I was so grateful to not have to wait six months. Darrel came on time and stayed late to complete the job in one day instead of two. We are thrilled with the results and impressed with the skill and commitment from the outstanding father-son team.

They have a wide variety of quality tile, along with the other items needed to get the job done (seat frames, wall inserts, grout, sealers, etc.). Janice, the owner, was a helpful sounding board in helping to match my tile choice to a mosaic accent along with grout color. She generously loaned samples to take home to "try out". The office manager, Travis, did a nice job of communicating to the contractor and me regarding the status of our orders. All interactions with them were pleasant and professional. We looked for help for two years. Then I phoned VersaTILE. Over the phone I told Cody what we had and what we wanted and, BAM, he had an immediate solution that just sounded right to us. He came over, looked over our situation and offered a fix that we really liked. We had a 60-year-old cast iron kitchen sink that was embedded and surrounded in 60-year-old tile. The sink was a mess but the tile wasn't bad; it just needed re-grouting. Cody went right to work, cut the tile around the sink (the tile is planted on top of concrete), he got the sink out, refinished the cut areas with a very close matching tile and then dropped in a new cast iron sink. We had even purchased another sink prior to the one we used and Cody informed us that that sink wasn't good quality, which we could easily see from his voiced prospective and from his recommendation we were able to purchase a great sink from Kohler. Cody re-grouted our countertops and with the new cast iron sink and newly refinished tiles our kitchen looks and feels like a new kitchen. Just marvelous! Cody cleans up his work and he and his co-worker left us with almost no work for clean up afterwards. Just a little wiping down and we were in business. Cody has a plumber that he uses; BG's Plumbing, and they came out the following day. Brian (the owner) and his brother took out our old plumbing from underneath the sink, replaced the pipes, put in a new faucet, garbage disposal, and rerouted our water filter. He made a hard job look easy, but it was a tough job, believe me. BG's Plumbing was great! The work done by VersaTILE and BG's Plumbing was absolutely GREAT. We are so pleased. We highly recommended them both.ed
