I got my money back for the camera but not the $9.99 warranty. They said I had to call the company for that money. Well after many phone calls and being passed around to different operators, 2 hours so far. I finally got a person, I had to email photos of the receipts, and give them my name and address. I was told it may take up to 2 weeks to get a check from them. Very frustrating. Why can't they do it at the store?? I won't ever shop there again.

I was. Holstered and on my person. I was told it was store policy they I had to leave it in the car... I moved to Florida from New York specifically to get away from nonsense like this. So this will be my first and last trip to sportsman warehouse in Naples. The whole two minutes I spent in the store was highly disappointing. There are other and better places to look for sporting goods and firearm related items In the area that believe in freedom, the constitution, and people's rights. While I understand, it's their right As a business to deny me my constitutional rights, I hope my fellow Americans will also exercise their right, not to spend their money at a place that they are not welcome at.

The staff made the rental process easy, and getting out on the water was smooth from start to finish. The surf ski itself was a highlight--it felt sleek, fast, and responsive compared to traditional kayaks. Paddling together was both fun and efficient, and it gave us a taste of just how much performance these boats can deliver. I've often thought about owning my own surf ski, and this outing only reinforced that idea. They're so much faster than standard kayaks, and the ride is exhilarating. Overall, Naples Kayak provided a memorable adventure with great equipment and a beautiful setting. We left with smiles, tired arms, and a renewed appreciation for the joy of paddling.
