The front office staff are super friendly & prompt. The office is adorned with underwater photography by Dr. Leibman. The photos are absolutely gorgeous! I have seen both Dr. Spoo & NP Lacee. Love them both. The exams were quick & they made me feel very comfortable. I definitely prefer this practice over the OB/Gyns who cater to pregnant women, no cancelled appointments because a patient went into labor!

I was having problems due to heavy bleeding and fibroids and the previous Doctor pretty much made it sound like it was no big deal and was not proactive at all with treatment etc.. between his arrogance and the nurses' completely awful attitude I was thinking of leaving. Fortunately, I decided to stay when he retired & Dr. Spoo took over .. since April 2024, she and her team have been nothing but amazing. At out first appt, she immediately mentioned my fibroids and enlarged uterus and sprung into action before things got really bad (and they were definitely getting to that point) . She recommended follow ups/ultrasounds to continue measuring my enlarged uterus and growing fibroids ,as well ,as checking on the bleeding issues with bloodwork. At one follow-up we discussed options and she explained we could try to remove or shrink them but do to the amount and current size they could possibly come back and do this again .. At the time, I was hesitant and she was understanding with my decision. She said that we need to continue to monitor everything. When I came in due to immense pain and bleeding in September, I was given another ultrasound and Dr Spoo explained that the fibroids had grown a lot since the last visit and that's what was causing my pain and bleeding issues.. By now My uterus had ballooned out to 3x the normal size in a short amount of time (less than 3 months) and she explained that the next option would be a partial laparoscopic hysterectomy . She was very professional and very detailed in her explanations. As nervous as I was to do such a big surgery, I could tell that she knew this was what needed to happen at this point. She was never rude and she never sugarcoated anything. She was just to the point. I wasn't planning on having any more children (already have my 2 wonderful boys) and will be 46 soon so I agreed to do it. That afternoon, I received a call from the nurse to schedule my preop appointment.. And I will NOT blame her for 'not doing anything sooner' I take full responsibility for my decisions.. she came in the day after my surgery, checked on me and made sure I was feeling all right and everything was where it needed to be after the surgery. Bottom line, Dr. Spoo saved my life. She has been the first female doctor I have ever had and having a person who actually understands my body from personal experience has been wonderful. Plus, my surgery was extremely difficult and took an extra hour and a half due to the size of the fibroids/uterus.. AND.. she did all of this while being pregnant herself! Coming from such a horrible experience from the previous doctor and nurses to such an professional doctor, I feel very blessed .

Everyone from the X-ray tech to Jeremy (the PA) including Dr. Patel provided exceptional care. Extremely informative, professional, attentive and genuine. I wasn't rushed or made to feel my concerns weren't valid. This was my 2nd time in this office and the office experience exceeded my expectations. This was confirmed by the waiting room guests. Agreed Dr. Patel has the best bed side manner. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking medical attention. All the best to this office.

She always recommended the very best specialists; when I explained my personal issues, she recommended a rheumatologist, Dr Susan Mathew. She said you could have the ease and accessibility of all your records in one place, and the ability to have testing done at one of their two locations, and that was perfect for me. I was extremely impressed at my first visit with Dr Mathew. She listened intently to all my issues, my family history and was very patient. She was extremely thorough, as I was have suffered multiple issues, including Breast and Anal cancer, long-term Gastrointestinal issues, Back, knee and foot pain. I would never have linked my complex symptoms together into a single diagnosis. Dr. Mathew ran all the necessary bloodwork and looked at genetic markers, etc to find the reason why I was dealing with long standing complex problems. I am a long time veterinary nurse, but when we discussed my symptoms, she explained everything and gave me a diagnosis that is not widely known. I would never have correlated all these issues into a single diagnosis. We have tried different medications, but Dr Mathew always listens to my issues, then makes suggestions and adjustments accordingly, which I greatly appreciate.
