I've had no major concerns with any of them. The office staff generally provides good services for this city. Some of them are exceptional, and go out of their way to make all feel comfortable. Early on Dr. Soos helped to identify that my daughter suffers with certain allergies and made the referral to a specialist. Since then she only needs annual check-ups with the occasional physical or cold!!! They send in prescriptions as needed, and has always provided the school with a list of allergies! This is a great practice, especially for small kids. I would highly recommend.

I called 3x, went by the pharmacy 4x, and finally went in person back to Affinity Pediatrics. Asked for the Office Manager and she basically gave excuses and blamed the pharmacy. Keep in mind, me and my child have missed work and school and my child has been in pain this whole time. I chose to go there because I thought they were more reputable than a walk-in clinic, but guess I was wrong. I hope to file a formal complaint with Southwell soon.
