Ten minutes after interaction with the staff, I quickly grabbed my children and got out of there. The doctor gave a kid a shot in the hallway, then told him to go to the waiting room, without giving him a Band-Aid. The nurse was going around slamming doors. May sound petty, but it's not what we are use to. No one wants their kid in that type of environment. Kids already hate going to the doctor.

Keep in mind, me and my child have missed work and school and my child has been in pain this whole time.
