Today I had a Phenomenal Experience at of all places...a dental appointment. Scheduled through…read moreVAMC. I'm actually looking forward to future scheduled appointments. The office staff consists of Ms. Teresa-- the office manager, Ms. Roxanne--Dr. Hamptons wife/HR Mgr at the front desk. Congenial, professional whereby every procedure was explained.. and they were wholely customer service oriented. I felt like family. My dental hygienists name was Chelsea. What an awesome young woman. X-ray technique was flawless. I've been to lots of dental hygienist in the past but she was head and shoulders above the crowd. If it was the Olympics she would be a perfect 10 in my opinion. She gave me a thorough PTCE (Patient Treatment Clinical Exam) which included detection and removal of calculus, accurate periodontal pocket depth measurements. I was highly impressed. Then I met Dr. Hampton. Let's just say he's Impressively Awesome as well. He made me feel comfortable, encouraged me to ask ANY question and made sure to include me in my dental treatment plan. I can't wait to see how great my teeth and oral health will be in the current months

The waiting room is never extremely crowded, which is a good sign. The office runs very efficiently and gets you in and out quickly. I cannot speak for Dr. Chism's office since I have only seen Dr. Boles. After you check in, you'll probably wait in the front waiting room for 10 minutes or so before being called back to a secondary waiting room. I love this room! On the walls are hundreds of collages and photos. They are heartwarming to look at. This waiting room has lots of space and seating. TV on the back wall, magazines, and even some toys for the little ones. But you probably won't spend but a few minutes before being called back to a room. Nurses are friendly. Each room has its own restroom (I have to say, I was extremely impressed by this) and they have their own weigh scales for privacy. Rooms are clean. Dr. Boles is extremely professional with a bed side manner unlike any other GYN I've ever had. He has a positive aura and makes you feel at ease. He answers questions, doesn't make you feel rushed, and has a good sense of humor. If I could give six stars, I would. Additionally, If it is your first visit as a new patient, he will have a meet and greet in his office prior to going to an exam room. This little visit did not go unnoticed and was an added touch of professionalism. My husband also agrees. I cannot give enough praise for Dr. Boles and his office team.

He had many medical issue. He was a type 1 diabetic. He was always in and out of the hospital so he decided he wanted to go somewhere and get it under control. The night he passed away he went into diabetic coma and when the so called nurse's realized what was going on it was too late. My brother was supposed to be watched 24/7. They knew how server his case was. I went to visit him the 1st week he was there and was there for about 2 hours not a single nurse came in. Not only that but I had to ask another patient where my brothers room was. When my mom went to visit him it was the samething. Now we have been trying to get his medical records and they have been doing nothing but giving me the run around. Something fishy is going on with this place. I CANNOT warn you enough. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ON ES HERE!!!
