So I am friends with the owners son and with that being said, I am no stranger to Rodeo and it's been a staple in my life for as long as I can remember. As for tacos, I had the following: Cabeza Taco (cow cheek), Tripa Dorado (crispy fried tripe), and Tripa Taco. Quite excellent, all around, but my favorite were the tripa tacos. I can't wait to go back, which is different from where I was when I left many years ago. This new owner is bringing some amazing flavors to Tallahassee.
