My primary care physician Dr Hopner referred me to Dr Ngo after we discussed local Urologists. Dr Ngo and I met, discussed next step...MRI, that progressed to prostate needle biopsy, then robotic prostatectomy at El Camino hospital in Los Gatos. There are potential quality of life issues, lots of YouTube info and individual results vary...so my results are my results. I have had 100% bladder control since the catheter was removed on December 19, 2024. There are zero issues with any incontinence or ED side effects post surgery; an unexpected but pleasant outcome. Healing of incisions area is progressing, as is internal abdominal sensations. Pain from any coughing is now zero. No issues coughing, sneezing, standing or bending over.
