DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME. The seemed to be dependable and were good with communication and availability. When I came back from traveling for the holidays yesterday, I found my place a mess. It had not been vacuumed, the tub had not been touched, the small deck had not been touched, and the apartment did not smell fresh. The only reason I knew they had come was some things were shifted from their normal spots and a picture on the wall had been pulled down so hard that it bent the hook it was on. In addition, there were strange objects on my floor, such as what appeared to be some sort of rock? And a piece of plastic I had never seen before. My attorney friend came over and looked around, and immediately came to the conclusion that people may have been hanging out or throwing a party in my place. I contacted Oscar, who denied any wrongdoing, and suggested that the couch cleaner I have used for years was responsible. Or that someone else was in my place (no one else has access). Even if that were true, I have no idea why my place was not cleaned from how I had left it. I asked for my money to be refunded and for the job to be redone correctly to make up for what happened (which I did not think was unreasonable for being a loyal customer and coming home to find my place a mess). He did refund my money, but refused to redo the job. He became extremely defensive when I questioned him about the state of my apartment, suggesting that I would give a "false testimony" if I reported him to the BBB or any other entity. I am considering filing a police report, particularly if I find anything missing or damaged (will elaborate on this review if I I am a busy professional and have no time for stuff like this, and certainly have no motivation to make up a story or try to get cleaning "for free." Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business- it is not worth it to have to deal with a headache like this. Update: Please read the response from the business. She also didn't vacuum under any furniture or clean walls. I think these things should be included in a deep clean. She joked that her son makes fun of her for cleaning houses but she doesn't clean her own. If you're looking for a deep clean, I'd look to hire someone else. **Update-Clearly Maria cannot take feedback to better her services. Yes, it took me a month to post my review because I am a busy person; that's why I hired you to deep clean my home. My house needs to be remodeled? Interesting. My husband designed and built this home and it won the City of Downey's Beautification Award in 2017. You can look it up on Google. As an educator, if I mistreated children; I'd be fired, Maria. However, the parents of the children I teach love me . I have been a teacher for almost 20 years; how long have you cleaned homes? Did you not speak of losing your job at Olive View as a person who cleaned the rooms? I did tell you to come back and clean the shower because I was embarrassed for you and how you left it. I paid you because I felt bad for you. If I pointed out all of the things you left wrong; I wouldn't have paid you at all for a "deep clean" and only for a regular cleaning. Please Maria, show more professionalism so that you can grow your business. Good luck to you.

Looking forward to hiring Maria and her staff on a regular cleaning schedule. Very reasonable fees also!
