Ron was quick to respond, on time, extremely friendly and did a fantastic job! What more can you ask for? Oh, and he loved on my puppy, even while she was bothering him for attention while working :) I find workers who come through our house are usually stand off-ish and not very friendly. Ron was seriously the opposite and THAT is the person you want and trust to enter/work on your home! Great price for the quality of work and I know who to call any time we need our chimney swept. He even gave so much insight on maintaining it. Although we had a request for him to look at something else in our home (which was completely out of his field), he willingly looked and helped us as best he could! So sweet!! Since we rent, and fireplaces in LA are not super essential and usually more of a nice treat from time to time, it just slipped my mind. Flash forward to the year that we all are in a hurry to forget and I was browsing Yelp again thinking it would be nice to finally get the fireplace checked out. The outside of my house had not been cleaned for many years. There were numerous places that were covered in algae and dirt. I was doubtful they could really get it clean. I can't say enough about the care, time and diligence Brady and his partner put into the job. In places, the stucco actually looks as if it had just been applied! I also inquired about power-washing my house, since the paint seemed to have lost its luster over the years. Brady informed me that they could easily accommodate that as well. His team arrived early morning, just a couple days later, as scheduled. "Mo" and "Joe", were 2 really terrific guys, and I must say they take their work seriously, and were very diligent, first power washing all sides of the house, including the adjacent fascia on both first and second stories. (They also removed the numerous spider webs that accumulated over the fascia). Also to my surprise (and great delight), they also power-washed all of the flagstone of my driveway, walkway, front porch, and entire back yard. There were a few "hard to reach" weather damaged areas that needed cleaning, and these 2 guys bent over backwards to treat those as well! With regard to the window washing, the 3 guys (including Brady), did a fantastic job cleaning both the inside and outside, as well as all windows screens. These guys are super polite and attentive so as not to disturb us while we worked. This is a really terrific operation for window cleaning, as well as power washing your homes, should you need that as well. And quite honestly, now when I look out my windows, I have a very clear view! And almost best of all, my house really looks like it was freshly painted. Disappointing and Unprofessional (and kind of scary) Experience…read more I don't take leaving negative reviews lightly--especially as a small business owner myself--but I feel obligated to share our experience in hopes of helping others make an informed decision. I should have read reviews before hiring him. We hired Chris to pressure wash our cement and patio furniture. After a walk-through, he quoted us $380 and confirmed he could do the job. He had to reschedule twice, which we were understanding about. However, on the day of the service, he showed up late and didn't begin working until 45 minutes past the scheduled time. When he arrived, he told us he didn't have the right machine and that his helper wasn't coming. I offered to reschedule so he could return properly equipped, but he declined and insisted on proceeding. He then asked my husband and me to help move the patio furniture--something we were not expecting, especially since we were quoted for a two-person job and simply didn't have the time to assist. After he left (without checking in), I noticed several areas that hadn't been cleaned properly. I texted him, and to his credit, he came back. But instead of addressing the missed spots calmly, he became defensive and gave a long technical explanation about why the stains wouldn't come out. He then tried to upsell me on a costly treatment to fix the problem--something that, in my opinion, should have been included or discussed up front. I politely let him know I was disappointed with the experience. I also let him know I was able to get the stains out myself with mildew spray, brush and a hose. In response, he became increasingly aggressive via text, at one point asking me, "What's your complex?!" It escalated to the point that I had to block him--and then he began texting my husband. We were honestly a bit concerned for our safety by the end of the interaction. This experience was unprofessional from start to finish, and we left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and taken advantage of.
