I ordered pap cytobrushes on 2/8/2024. They arrive on 2/28/2034 and were put in the supply closet because we had already received our back order from our regular supplier. As such, they were just opened and they sent the wrong brush. My assistant called to request exchange and they denied the request because it was over 30 days. I called as the practice manager and requested they reconsider and make an exception since it was their error. Angelo still refused and I asked to speak to a supervisor. He put me on hold for several minutes and the phone disconnected. I called back and after several minutes on hold again the call was routed to the after hours message. I called back from a phone with a different area code and he answers. I told him I didn't appreciate what he did and that I certainly didn't appreciate being routed to the after hours number. His response is they have a high call volume? In the meantime I received a call from the "supervisor" who left a message saying his name was Andrew. Angelo said his supervisor's name was Paul. I asked about it and he said his name is Paul Andrew but that another person was using Paul. I didn't buy it but he did say he would review the policy and call me back. I told him that Angelo had already told me the policy was 30 days, but I was asking for an exception since it started with their error. He said without reviewing the policy he would say no. I told him I would wait for his call. I received the call denying my request. When I argued saying it was their error, he said that's why they give 30 days. I responded telling him that I hope losing a customer and getting a bad review was worth $252.90. Needless to say, I would stay away from this company! read more

Thieves. They say you can return products but when I tried they never give a refund. They just keep claiming it'll process in 24 hours and send fake receipts that show they're issue a refund they never shows up. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the claim. read more

I've known this company for years. As a business owner myself, I couldn't appreciate the owner of this company more. He's outright honest, transparent, and an amazing CEO! Extremely communicative and always a pleasure to work with. If you're in need of medical supplies, consider this your one-stop shop. read more

when you spend a lot of money on a CPAP machine you kind of hope everything will work flawlessly. But I had a small hiccup early on and I must tell you that Scott and everyone at the Los Angeles store were very helpful, very patient, and got me where I needed to be quickly. It's rare today to find this level of Customer Service especially when dealing with someone's health you would hope everyone would be this good. Great job CPAP store read more

Amazing staff, great place to find you medical supply need. I got my cold therapy unit I needed, great price. Thank you

Scammers! Stay away from this site. I ordered Protech inserts and never received them. No one ever answers the phone. I chatted with them and a representative told me that they were going to be mailed out but I have never received them. I have also not received a refund. Awful!! read more

RIPOFF ALERT Ordered a small bottle of lotion from Walmart for $9.47 and "Free Shipping". It arrived two days later along with a shipping charge for SIXTY DOLLARS!!! I phoned Suprememed and through a blizzard of fast talk, mumbles and rationalization, Angelo effectively stonewalled me and refused to retract this obscenely exorbitant shipping fee. Turns out Walmart's "Free Shipping" allows third-party vendorscammers like Suprememed to toss in their own shipping fees in small print on the very last page of the ordering process. After being contacted by Walmart, Suprememed offered $20 off, which I refused on grounds that even $40 is astronomically off base. My only error was trusting in the integrity of Walmart's business ethics, and its ability to screen and control vendors. I've been a Walmart customer for over 20 years, but that stops right here, right now. Beware the Ship Rip!!! read more

I have them 2 stars because in the end I did EVENTUALLY receive my order....I ordered supplies in mid January. After 2 weeks I still never received a tracking number or update. I tried emailing them twice with no response. Called twice during normal business hours but no one answers the phone or even attempted to return my messages. Finally I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after a month of waiting and miraculously they emailed back, called and overnighted my package to me 2 days later. It is a little ridiculous that I had to file a formal complaint to finally receive the merchandise that I paid for. Customer Service 101 would have taught you to at least make a courtesy call if there's going to be a delay in shipping. Looking through some of the other reviews, this appears to be a common practice at Supreme Med. Stay far away from these guys. read more

I ordered a $50 neck brace from SupremeMed's website and received an auto-generated email saying that I would receive a separate email in 1-2 days once my item was shipped with the tracking info. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received anything (no email or package). So I emailed SupremeMed asking for an update and they reply telling me that my package was delivered over a week ago. I respond by telling them nothing has arrived, please help. And they tell me that they contacted the delivery service and were told that the package was delivered and if I didn't get it, it must have been stolen off my doorstep. I asked them to please send me a new one, and I was told that my request has been denied. So I am now out $50 and still don't have a neck brace for my injured neck. Who knows if they actually ever sent the neck brace, maybe they just kept the money and never sent anything. Or maybe they did send it and the delivery guy put it on the wrong door step. Either way, it's the customer who is sh*t out of luck... I would highly recommend not using this company, because if anything goes wrong, they will not take care of you. read more

I would love to increase my rating if I ever get my product. This site sent me repeated emails that they tried to contact me. Asking to verify my address. I repeatedly said in email replies since no one ever answered a phone that my address was correct. Pretty sure I have been scammed. I will update if my product shows up. I seriously had to reply 3 time that me address was correct. This company is not good. Something is way off. read more

I recently placed an order on Suprememed and I tracked my package all the way through to delivery, but upon going to my mailbox, my package was not there. Suprememed did everything that it was supposed to do: The shopping experience was wonderful, I found the right products that I needed, and the ordering was excellent, however, it was my local USPS Courier who dropped the ball on this order. My local USPS has had a poor track-record of mismanagement of mail and packages. When I contacted my local USPS about my missing package, I was informed that it was delivered as was noted on Suprememed's tracking system, but my package was not there. Since my local USPS provided no help, I contacted Suprememed and I talked to Angelo who was able to resolve my problem. Thank you Suprememed and Angelo for helping me out when my local USPS did not. I love your service and will always continue to shop with Suprememed. I have been a customer of Suprememed for over five years and I will stay a customer, because Suprememed knows how to treat its customers. Thank you for your help. read more

Avoid this company. I waited weeks before calling on a small order, which they claim was 'lost by UPS' when I could FINALLY get hold of them. I waited weeks more to get half the shipment . . . . and finally got the other half. IN the course of various emails and phone calls I was promised a 30% refund for the problems. This did not materialize. I think, like the other 1 star reviewer, they are a small, poorly run operation. I will say that eventually I did get what I paid for, but I would never recommend taking the chance! BAD business practices! read more

Ordered a pair of shoe inserts a week ago. Received an email saying they would ship in 1-2 business days. Never received shipping confirmation. Called and asked the status. I work for a media company and needed medical supplies very last minute for a movie shoot. I came to Supreme Med, with uncertainty if they would have what I needed at such short notice. Not only were they well stocked and able to assist my needs ten fold- they had amazing customer service! I was greeted warmly, and calmly, and felt like they cared that I was successful in having my needs met. For doctors and dentists- this is a wonderful place to stock your supply cabinets. For prop master and movie makers- this place is incredible for getting what you need in a pinch. read more

So my uncle asked me if I would work on his medical practice for two months and help him design some marketing and advertising strategies. Quite honestly I had no idea how he has successfully made it this far with doing minimal marketing. In any event, my proposed marketing and advertising plan is starting to prove to be a success however there is one business that I feel should be acknowledged. After the first month, I began to make friends with certain staff members in his office. The lady who takes care of all his expenses and paperwork would constantly, under her breath, complain about how the office expenses are so high. I decided one day to inquire as to what expenses she was talking about in particular. Amongst the 13,000 expenses she started to name off, there was one expense I felt I could help reduce. "the cost of these Medical supplies are keeling me" she said in her thick Russian accent. I asked her what the offices three most often purchased medical supplies are and she told me: Biofreeze, neck/back braces and syringes. Granted, prior to this experience, I knew very little about the process of such medical supplies however I asked her for her monthly statement and I started researching. I called and spoke to 17 medical supply this for beaters in the Los Angeles area. (I have a thing for doing business with people that I can see face-to-face if I need to....I know, it's a very prehistoric philosophy but my experience has taught me that often times looking in the eyes of the person your doing business with offer very valuable and otherwise unattainable information as to that persons professionalism and ethics). Several of the companies I spoke to actually told me that my uncle is getting a phenomenal price on many of his medical supplies however there was two companies that told me they can beat that price. One of the two companies never followed through with faxing me a quote or price list. However one company did in fact fax me a price list and furthermore called twice to make sure I received it. That gesture sat well with me. The company I'm referring to is called Suprememed. This companies prices for the three items I inquired about and about 75% of the other items my uncle bought on a monthly basis, was much lower than what my uncle had been paying for many years. My contacts name at this company was Allan. There was also a girl named Veronica who answered my questions and was very professional when Allan was not available or on the other line. I'll be honest, the price per one product was not significantly cheaper however when we calculated the hundreds of products purchased over the next 3 months, the savings compared to his current medical supplier was significant....in fact it was a savings of approximately $2,400 for 5 items over a 3 month span. Last month my uncle got his first delivery from Suprememed and he was quite happy (and proud of his amazing nephew) :). On a sidenote, I figured I was entitled to about 25% of the savings however my uncle instead said he'd buy me lunch everyday for 2 weeks (don't worry, I googled the most expensive restaurants around every day at 12:15. ;) It was a good experience, and I know that I started a good and mutually beneficial relationship between my uncle's office and Suprememed. It's nice to know there's a few honest, reliable and fair companies still out there. Nicely done Suprememed, I ate like a King for a couple weeks. :) read more

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for a cold therapy unit on May 1 with a request for 2 day shipping. Although the order was confirmed, I heard nothing. After follow up by email and telephone (very hard to reach anyone), I finally received a return call on the 11th, telling me that the order was going out that day. Today is May 16 and I still have received nothing, so due to immediate need, I cancelled the order and have ordered through another vendor. Communication is horrible with this company. Very disappointed as the reviews were good and the pricing was great. read more

I don't like to leave bad reviews but I needed to in this case. It has been a week since I ordered 2 insoles. They were supposed to be in-stock and according to their website, ship in 1-2 business days. I called today to be given a story about their shipper and that it was out of their control. First she said that it would be delivered tomorrow and then changed to it wouldn't be shipped from their warehouse until tomorrow. This is UnSAT for 2 insoles that were in stock. I have read the reviews and it seemed hit or miss as to when or if you were getting what you ordered. I was hoping that since it was 2 in stock insoles that they would pull them off the shelf and throw them in a box and in a couple days I would have them. But, NO, I am like the others that have complained on their slow shipping and poor CS. For the hassle these should have been overnighted. She did ask me when this order was placed... maybe it got lost or never placed. Interesting, my Credit Card was charged. Find another place to order from. Amazon hasn't let me down other than out of stock. That's what lead me here. Never again. read more

I needed a walking boot fast and affordable. I am in Santa Clarita Valley and could not find a supplier with what I needed at a reasonable rate. I explained I was coming from the Santa Clarita Valley and they even stayed open later so I could make the drive down to get my item. What lifesavers!! So professional, kind and knowledgeable. I was searching online for a cold therapy unit. Because i dislocate my shoulder due to basketball. Then i saw suprememed. It's close to my place so i went to get the cold rush unit. All the guys who work there are very helpful . They gave me a great price. I thought they only sell medical equipments but NO! THEY CARRY EVERYTHING . I was only planning to buy the unit but i ended up buying more. I regularly play basketball and need a lot of compression wear . The cold rush unit that i bought is just perfect. It helped me with my therapy for a week. And those knee brace that they have for sports are much better than what you buy in big 5 or any sporting good store. Ill be coming back for more. The place doesn't look like a store. Its just a regular office . Remember that old saying " dont judge a book by it's cover." Its really great. Their prices are not going to rip you off. And the quality of the products they sell are just so great i would compare them to those expensive products that real athlete wear, There's a lot of product that you can get from these guys . This is my first time buying from an independent company. And i never thought that it would be a great experience. Suprememed you guys are great! Rock on! read more
