Obviously we were shocked that a rock chip we were trying to get fixed real quick turned into me needing to replace my entire windshield. "We won't charge you" they tried to reassure us. Umm no duh, I came for you to fix a rock chip and left needing to pay 600$ for a new windshield on my Mercedes. We got on the phone with these guys and by 4pm that same day we had a new glass installed. They were able to find the glass and get it shipped to their Jerome location.
