I flew into Sacremento on a Saturday, and my car was at their terminal which was 15 minutes from the airport. Since it wasn't scheduled to be delivered until that Tuesday, they said I could come to the terminal and pick it up. Dispatched called out the driver, and they came out to meet me to pick up the car ( On a Saturday) Not only that, it was so hot outside, I asked if there was someplace I could get some water, and the driver handed me a couple of ice cold bottles, for myself and my dog.
