Awful, awful experience as a customer of Chris with Inteli-Lock Service. I truly wish I had never…read morecalled him to service our business. I recognized he was a seriously angry person from the moment I met him, and I should have known better than to continue. Less than 24 hours of him finishing work he was quite literally threatening our company with both liens and police action, simply because I asked him to fill out the legally required W-9 form the state of NM requires for all business transactions, SO THAT I could pay him in full! (I've actually in 25 years of business never had a vendor literally REFUSE to give me their information before! And he never did provide it.) In fairness to him, the work (installing two keypad locks on exterior doors) was done well. But threatening your customers? Seriously?! With a busy company of 90 employees, I barely had time to process that the work was even done before his threats came in. Most ironic thing about all this? He pointedly asked me to give him a review as he left. So here it is.

Our smart lock on the inside garage door was also unusable due to incorrect installation. He corrected the Kevo lock including completely taking apart, reinstalling and reprogrammed on both of our phones. Then he tackled the Lockibly lock. It is not very common but he did the same thing, took apart, reassembled and then researched and tried and tested and got it working on our phone as well as with the touch code. He was so patient, polite, intuitive smart and determined! And the price was more than generous for all the time he took to resolve the problem. I highly recommend them!!!
